I ordered these sandals because I liked the silver metallic colour and I needed some comfortable shoes for walking around on holiday. Delivery was quick and the shoes were nicely packaged. This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and they do take a while to get used to but now that I've worn them in they are really comfortable, great for hot weather and they look fantastic with any outfit. Very happy and I highly recommend.

Very pleased with my new Birkenstocks. They are really comfortable as well as being stylish. I bought the narrow fit which surprised me as I would say my foot is on the wide side. This could be useful information for other purchasers. Love the rose gold buckles that are on the brown leather that I chose. Seem very hard wearing and so hope to be wearing them for a few summers to come. Highly recommend.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. I have always found sandals uncomfortable but these sandals are great. I bought them to wear on a holiday in New York where I walked miles every day and they kept my feet cool and comfortable. I'll certainly be buying another pair.

Last year I also got Arizona's but in a brown leather which I still love but the black just feels so much more fashionable. I love the fit - I'm wide at the toes and also have a high arch so finding sandals that fit that aren't "grandma shoes" is a struggle. I take my normal size (9/40). I chose to size down for the first pair I got (mayari style) on recommendation and although they were still the most comfortable shoes I'd worn to date, by the end of the season my feet had split the cork at the widest part so I decided to go my normal size next time around. Absolutely worth spending money on buying the real deal if you are looking for comfort and quality. They are my go-to shoes from the start of spring to the end of autumn every year!
First time buying Birkenstocks and very happy with my purchase. Definitely size down in this style (Arizona Stone Birkoflor). I ignored the size down recommendation because my feet are very wide, but I ended up having to exchange for the next size down. Return process very easy. I think they will take a bit of wearing in but I can feel them becoming more comfortable every day.
I wear Birkenstock clogs or sandals every day. As I grew olderI found the footbed to be the most comfortable footwear. TheySeem to suit everyone no matter their age. My latest pair areNavy blue Arizona sandals, wider straps that I expected butVery comfortable. I am hoping the Florida style (3 thinner straps) will be soonAvailable again in the UK.
I've had some Birkenstocks in another style for years and still wear them round the house. I was delighted to find these in the narrow fitting which is even better for me. Tempted to get more in a different colour! Nb not the regular fit as in the photo.
I really like these shoes and I have bought multiple pairs of them. The reason why I am giving 4 stars however, is because I get too many blisters while wearing them. Also when you first buy the shoes they are extremely hard. Aside from that I love these shoes :)
I've had these for 45 days with minimal wear (less than 10 times) and the strap has split where your foot bends. Unfortunately the JL customer service is also subpar and they have advised I'm out of the 30 day refund period. I will definitely question this as I expected Birkenstock quality, which I thought meant years of wear. Instead they won't even make it through one summer and JL want to wash their hands of any help past 30 days. Very disappointing on both fronts.
I've been wearing this style of Birkenstock for 40+ years now and can't recommend them highly enough if you have/have had a back problem, or are anxious to avoid one. Not the prettiest, but the most practical. Bought to get ready to replace my 15 year old black Birkenstocks, which are still going strong. My only criticism of this particular model is that the upper strap seems to be cut a fraction higher, but as the leather softens with wear this will improve. These sandals will feel strange if you are not used to them, but when you've worn them in you'll wonder why everyone isn't wearing them.
