My purchase from DSW was effortless , my shoes came 2 days . I did order one size smaller than my other Birkenstocks. The Arizona Eva’s run bigger than my other Birkenstocks by 1 size. I tryed them on at another store prior to ordering however that store did have the color I wanted . I love these . I normally wear flip flops however these I can get wet they are cute great with shorts or jeans . When I was Hawaii everyone was wearing these I had to have! DSW did a great job delivering exactly what I ordered and quickly!

I purchased both the black and white Eva Waterproof Arizona Birkenstocks back in January. I figured the white would be a perfect sandal for special occasions when I want to wear something crisp. I have literally worn them twice this summer and today I noticed orange colored stains on the footbed of my white Evas. I just looked at other reviews and this does not seem to be uncommon unfortunately. My black ones have been worn almost every day this summer - no complaints. However, to spend $50 on white sandals that stained immediately due to oxidation, well that is disappointing. Since this was an in store purchase, I will bring them in to see what they say about a refund or replacement.

I decided to try a couple pairs of Birkenstocks again, after not buying any for several years. I like the idea of this shoe: waterproof, cheery white, perfect for summer. Unfortunately for me, the upper straps, even at their loosest, cause irritation and redness on my tailor bunions (outside edge of foot.) I tried them around the house for several hours, and realized that I would not be able to wear them without pain. Birks should not cause pain! So they are going back, but I do recommend them if you need a waterproof shoe and your feet don’t have the same issues as mine.

I am 72 years old but never had worn Birkenstocks, even in the 70’s. I wanted something to wear in the house. From the moment I put them on I felt like I was walking on air. I have a high arch and supports my foot well. I inevitably started wearing them out to the garden and quickly bought a second pair so that I could have some without mud on them. The muddy ones don’t stay that way long though, as these wash beautifully. I got the dark gray and then the black. I’ve ended up wearing them to the store even to casual events, never feeling like I looked like I was wearing plastic. I wear them every single day and they look new. I literally just picked these up in Overland Park, KS with curbside pickup on a road trip. Bought a 38 and a 39 in Surf Green and kept my usual size of 39. I had ordered down a size based on reviews and at first I thought they were right til I stood up and realized the 39 fit better. I love the light color and comfy footbed without any need to break in. Color is as pictured. So happy they had these in the store and it was easy to return the size that didn’t fit. Super nice staff! As always, super happy with Nordstrom!
Idk why people like these. They are terrible quality for price. They are as light as a feather and made of foam/paper. I can’t see them lasting very long at all. I HIGHLY do not recommend. I found the same shoes without the brand name for 5 dollars else where. I’ve also seen better shoes than these at the dollar tree. Seriously, don’t waste your money. Go and buy these same style for half the price elsewhere. I never leave reviews but I had to for these because I was so shocked at how poor the quality was.
I had so much hope for these and every summer I have wanted to buy them. This year, I finally did! Unfortunately my baby toes don’t slant with the shoe and I need a more rounded fit. So I’ll be returning these. I wish they came in different foot shapes - my big toe doesn’t land where it should either in the premould. The fit is just weird for me.
I had bought these AZ Essentials Birkenstocks in black for my daughter awhile back, & they quickly became her favorite shoe. She has wide, swollen feet due to pregnancy & they were the most comfortable shoes for her. She even wore them when she was wearing brown-toned clothing because she loved them so much (which drove me crazy!), so I decided to get her the gold ones as a second option. Now she has two favorite shoes, & with both the black & gold options, she is able to coordinate well with almost any outfit she wears now. And with the buckles, she can adjust them to fit her swollen or not-so-swollen feet, depending on how her pregnancy is affecting her each day. So glad I found these for her!
I have a white pair of these I bought last year. They are some of my most favorite summer sandals. They fit perfectly in a 36 (I’m normally a 6 in sandals but these seemed to run a little large). So I ordered a black pair for this year. The shoes are completely different now. Much smaller overall, shorter and narrower. Unwearable and I’m so sad I will have to return. Maybe a wide width would help but looks like those are not available.
I own these in both the mens [wider footbed] and the womens[narrower foot bed]. Before my bunion surgeries, this footbed was too narrow but okay now. So, these are not for those with a wide foot. I love these plastic ones as they are waterproof but still comfy. The light purple adds a fun pop of color. I wear a 41 in Birks for my size 10 foot.
