I always wear a 38 and while I chose my US size I received a 39. Leaving the country, needing them I kept them rather than return. If you are a size 8, chose a size/size and a half down on the chart offered.

These shoes were a savior - when my other shoes weren’t as comfortable due to traveling, these shoes saved my feet. They allowed my feet to “just be”. I hadn’t been a big fan of the Birkenstock style but was drawn to the color and light weight of these and thought they’d be better support for the beach. I was right. Comfort wins!

I decided to try a couple pairs of Birkenstocks again, after not buying any for several years. I like the idea of this shoe: waterproof, cheery white, perfect for summer. Unfortunately for me, the upper straps, even at their loosest, cause irritation and redness on my tailor bunions (outside edge of foot.) I tried them around the house for several hours, and realized that I would not be able to wear them without pain. Birks should not cause pain! So they are going back, but I do recommend them if you need a waterproof shoe and your feet don’t have the same issues as mine.

I can’t rave enough about this Birks Arizona waterproof sandals. I recently wore this to a 3-day vacay in Niagara Falls Canada. We walked at least 11k steps in a day and I did not get a single blister or callus. It is mad comfy. I have wide feet with high arch. My shoes are typically 5.5 (yes I have small feet) so i ordered 5-5.5 and it fits great. I wore these badboys to the Hornblower boat ride (Canadian version of Maid of the mist), and it was perfect for it since it was waterproof. It was not slippery either because of the ridges at the bottom of the shoes. It dried on its own as we strolled around and did more activities. I know it is pricey for a waterproof sandal but it is worth it so stop debating and buy these!! Bought this for my husband at the beginning of summer. They’re his go-to walking sandals, he loves how light they are. I must mention that they are less durable than the regular Birkenstock, but they can last you about two years with near daily wear, which is a lot more than most other sandals I’ve had.One issue however is that the ASOS site did not mention these were the “wide” joe as opposed to regular. Would have been good to know as these are a bit too wide for our taste.

Long story short she put a note on it and i got my shoes 3-4 days later. I ordered up, usually i am a size 8-8.5 but i have a bit of a tamale foot so i figured i'd size up for comfort so got a 9. The color is a nice dark dark black so not worried about it not matching. Worth it i think :)
Idk why people like these. They are terrible quality for price. They are as light as a feather and made of foam/paper. I can’t see them lasting very long at all. I HIGHLY do not recommend. I found the same shoes without the brand name for 5 dollars else where. I’ve also seen better shoes than these at the dollar tree. Seriously, don’t waste your money. Go and buy these same style for half the price elsewhere. I never leave reviews but I had to for these because I was so shocked at how poor the quality was.
Love these sandals. So lightweight and comfortable and great to take on trips. I bought them in the the pink tie dye color- I do notice that this particular color is slightly shorter in length than the ones I have in the gold color, though they are both size 38, which is my usual size. “This review has been provided as a part of an incentive program.”

I got the size 36 since it’s the smallest one they carried for this particular shoe. It’s slightly large for me but that was expected. I would say it runs true to Birkenstock sizing. More importantly- the straps are adjustable and the front of the shoe doesn’t rub against my feet like some other brands do. The shoes themselves are very comfortable but definitely show obvious signs of use.The sizing is also a bit misleading. They come in narrow and regular width. Narrow is till size 7 UK and regular is from 7.5 UK.The box itself has measurements on it, according to which I'm a 7 regular fit. (Can also be checked on the Birkenstock website). The 7.5 regular I've got are therefore slightly roomy but the straps are adjustable so it's fine and trying on a 7 narrow proved too tight.Worth buying but perhaps buy from elsewhere!
