I bought these over a month ago after making a mistake and buying a cheaper and inferior competitors product. I tried to live with the other sandals but realized after getting blisters and a rash and starting to develop other foot issues that I made the wrong choice. I went back and bought the Birkenstock’s Arizona sandal and my feet can not be happier. The supple leather and conforming sole felt amazing on my feet. The adjustable straps helped fit me into my sandals perfectly. After a couple weeks wearing them the seemed to conform to my feet perfectly. My foot issues had disappeared completely. I will not purchase another sandal ever again. I will not subject my feet to anything but the heavenly feeling of wearing a Birkenstock!
I always thought birkis were about the ugliest shoe you could get…but then I got old and I’m all about the comfort now.I have very flat feet so the anatomical footbeds in these sandals are very good for me straight off the bat. And the brown leather coupled with copper coloured buckles is a winner in my books. Totally converted Birkenstock fan right here!Yes, they do run large. I’m normally a 43 but went with 42’s in these and they work for me however I would recommend trying on in person to get the right fit if at all possible.
I WAS PREVIOUSLY ADVISED BY A BIRKENSTOCK SALESPERSON TO OPT FOR MED/NARROW UNLESS YOU ARE A WIDE WIDTH. I ORDERED SIZE 41 MED/NARROW (US 10M) WHICH WORKED JUST FINE FOR ME.SUPER COMFORTABLE.
Love love love these Birkenstocks.I've previously had a pair I wore nearly every day for 3 years. Decided to get a new pair recently. Not because they're worn down, (quite far from it!) but because of the big sizes.These always run big, HUGE! I'm usually a UK 8.5/ 9 but I've gone for a 7.5 because the old ones I felt were always a little too big. These new ones fit perfectly. **5 STARS**

These shoes are some of the best I have invested in, but anyone who buys a pair will say the same. I was rather tired of buying new sandals ever summer and wanted a pair that were forever, so I picked these up. For the most part they're comfortable in a way that goes beyond a normal sandal.My only warning is that the top is real leather and it will take some time to break in. But once they're worn in, you're golden.
I am sad to say I had to return this product as to wide for my feet , I did by a smaller size as advised . I found they were good for walking on flat services but felt dangerous for me ( I have osteoperosis and worry about falls ) going up and down the stairs as felt loose. I do like the product and the service and would recommend for my friends who have wide feet, mine are average. Have only returned these sandles 2 days ago so have not yet received a refundRegardsSusan
