My boyfriend wanted a pair of nicer sandals to wear out with jeans and not look unmatched with his basketball sandals on, which is all he had, so I bought him these. He never wore Birkenstock’s before, they do take a little to get used to. He thought they were too heavy and hard at first, but I told him to wear them as house slipper first to get them worn in a little. He is a true 8.5 and I went up a size (42) and he complained they were too big because it was a little loose so I got him a (42) and it was too small in length but he said he liked how snug the straps were. He is stuck with the size up and we might make an extra hole in the strap to tighten it up and they are so comfy and helping his foot arch so much they ended up being his house slippers and he wants ... I got my birks almost a month ago while road-tripping up and down the East coast! They’re my first pair of “real birks” bu I’ve enjoyed a pair of the cheaper foam/rubber sandals they make so I thought it was time to splurge, and I was right!The break in time has been surprisingly easy! I think I only had 1 or 2 times if my sore feet, but those weren’t even for a full day! They’re already comfy and homey, and we al know they’ll only get better with time! Like a fine wine!

Bought this for my husband in his usual size. Found they were too small, so have reordered in a bigger size. However, my son tried them on, loved the comfort and ordered them in his usual size in a different color. So far, he seems pleased with the comfort and look. I would disagree about sizing suggestion by Nordstrom. This has to be tried on to determine fit. It was TTS for my son, but too small for my husband, so definitely depends on the shape of one’s foot. We’re hoping the size up for my husband arrives soon.

Bought for my husband as a nice neutral sandal. He said they were instantly comfortable, and grew more so with each wear. He almost exclusively wears these now (we’re in AZ so he can!) Hubby said he wouldn’t have initially chosen that color for himself, but he thinks it’s great, and wears them with most outfits.
I use their footware walking daily. Shoes/Sandals are convenient for me without requiring effort of tying laces. I'm a Senior citizen and a believer of Birkenstock footware since 1973.The sandals need additional holes on their attachment straps for secure adhesion to feet. They have a tendency whilst walking to slip off my feet!
Great slides. Gorgeous oiled leather. Gorgeous colour. Is lighter than what is shown on the website. Disappointed they didn’t fit and have to be returned. Should have sized down and gone for a narrow fit.
From the minute I put my feet into the Arizona sandals I felt like they were made for me. They held my feet firmly and they felt both stable and comfortable. So comfortable. There's a lot of debate whether you should buy the original footbed or the soft footbed, but after buying these, I would say go with the softbed. You can wear them immediately and they do mold to your foot. That is so incredible to me. The good news is no family member can borrow them. So in fashion right now, and the navy goes with everything. I love them.

As their sandal sizes are measured in millimeters, as well as US Men, etc., it is a better method to determine your correct size.My foot was 258 so 260 works perfect. Though I had originally gone down a size, I ended up with a 265mm sandal.It’s also the case I have a wide foot. The ‘Regular’ footbed is just big enough for my foot. I bought this Birkenstock ( Arizona Soft Slide Sandal) for hubby. He loves it so much and wears everyday around the house! Keep your foot stable and very comfy! Fit true to size! He is thinking about getting a second pairs in lighter color after receiving this pair in 2 days!! Omg lol!
Bought as a gift for 21 year old son. He loves the khaki green color and the fit is perfect ( he has wide feet). He wears slides almost exclusively in summer. These look a little dressier than athletic slides with khaki shorts. He wants another pair.
