I LOVE these shoes, super comfortable! but Ive had to refund them to exchange and purchase a smaller size. I only went up to a larger size, because my old Birkenstocks were made smaller (a few years ago now).So I can confirm - stick with your usual size

I was wearing Birkenstock’s before they were cool so obviously I’m an expert. Ordered these in the narrow size because it’s a roomier style, I have regular width feet but I like the snugger fit of the narrow. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the smooth leather colour/style...very glossy, not my jam, I thought I had ordered the natural leather ones! Oops. They look like the faux leather ones. Anyway that’s just me being nitpicky, they’re super comfortable once you break them in so when you order them just know that they’ll feel much better after you wear them for a while.

I was so happy when my shoes arrived. I tried them on immediately. The fit was horrible. I have bought many pair’s of Birkenstocks over the years. I know what size I wear. I know how they are supposed to fit. I was even more disappointed when I followed the instructions for the return information, only to get a message that none of my purchases were eligible for return. I will think long and hard before I decide on making another purchase from Zulily and will never buy shoes online again. I guess I will be giving them to Goodwill or similar place for a donation.
This birkenstock comes in the NARROW size - it doesn't state that when purchasing - they are trying to get rid of their unwanted stock, and you get duped! Also it is NOT leather, and not usable if narrow size. I didn't think I would have to worry about the no return, but since Zulily did not specify the narrow sizing ( they wont when they just want your money) then you lose A LOT of money for getting something you can't wear. Be careful! Zulily is starting to scam people - sad to see this happening.
I myself own about 6prs of Birks and my son has them as well. He tried on a pr in store and when I saw they were just a bit cheaper on zulily I jumped on it. Exact same style, color, etc but ones that came were narrow fit even though that was not in item description. Paid to have them shipped to me, paid to have them shipped back and now unable to get cash refund for sandals themselves..just zulily credit. Frustrating as know the ones they shipped were not accurately described. Only given website credit so can’t use that money to get real Birks in correct fit.
I love wearing my Birkenstocks!!! They can be worn with or without socks, dressed up or down, fit fantasticly, and I just absolutely LOVE them!!! I wear them constantly! Let me not forget to mention how well they feel and conform to your feet! Highly suggest getting you a pair!
These are nice but look as if they have been previously worn & returned. I noticed the sizes fit different depending on the shoe color. I have these exact Arisona style in Stone but they're a half size smaller but I had to order a larger size for white.
I didn’t realise you had to literally wear them in, took them holiday, went for a long walk…my feet were cut to bits underneath the straps, very hard under foot, under toes blistered. Left them off for a couple of days.. same again. I am not a heavy person so couldn’t blame that, probably never wear them again 😞
So... I didn't get the memo that Birkenstocks took a hot minute to break in. The first month and a half that I had these, I hated them and I thought they were so uncomfortable, then one day I was walking in them and it was like I stepped on a magical wad of gum and all of a sudden they were the most comfortable things I'd ever worn in my life. Legit a complete 180 - I don't think I can go back to any other sandals now. I'm spoiled and know what life could be like in Birks.
