My husband has these in plain leather and loves the support it gives his feet. He wears them in the house all the time. So now he wanted another pair of Birkenstocks to wear as slippers. I took a chance on the shearling lined ones and they are perfect. I got him one size up from his last pair a his toes were right on the edge and these fit great. The shearling is warm yet opened toed for comfort. Great support as usual

Birkenstocks are rarely on sale on Anthropologie. When I saw they had my size available for a limited time, I did not hesitate to purchase them. I own several pairs of Birkenstocks, and these do not disappoint. Love the fact that they have shearling. Birkenstocks have been around forever, so you know you are purchasing a product from a long-established reputable company.For reference, I wear size 7 and these are true to size and uber comfortable.

Birkenstocks have, in the past, not been my choice as the 5 is too small and the six is too big. However, I saw a pair of these lovely sheepskin unisex fitting in a 5½. Absolutely perfect. So in future, my focus will be on a unisex sandal in a 5½.

I found a pair in clearance at a store I checked out during a trip out of state. What luck! Mine have felt straps, very comfy. The shearling lining is nice and warm around my drafty house! I got a size larger so I can wear with thicker socks. (And that happened to be the only size pair in clearance). Just goes to show that it pays to check out the local DSW wherever you may be!
I’ve never owned a pair of Birkenstock, but thought I’d try them out because I’ve been suffering from plantar fasciitis and have read that they might be a possibility of relief. I chose the Arizona slide with furry footbed because they just looked comfy. My feet are very narrow and I had to buckle them up to the tightest notch. My size in normal shoes is 8.5, but I wear a 9 in Brooks and Hoka. The European size 39 fit me perfectly in the Birkenstock. My heel is still hurting but healing slowly and I can walk comfortably for a few hours in them. I will probably by another style next time. I would recommend them. They look cute with jeans or joggers.
Worth every penny. Love love love them. I wear them all day, every day (just ask my family)! They are my quarantine go-tos. They have all the comfort of regular Birkenstocks, with the added benefit of the shearling lining to keep my feet warm this winter, and they are super cute (assuming you like that Birks Arizona look). They felt a bit tight at first due to the shearling, but now that the shearling has compressed a bit they are true to size. I personally don't plan to wear them outdoors other than to fetch mail or let the dog out, though I might if I lived in a dry place. If they got super dirty, I’m not sure you could ever get the shearling clean properly. Even so - highly recommend.
So very disappointed in the shearling in the shoe. This is my second pair of shearling sandals. I purchased the second pair because I had such good luck with the first pair, however the second pair is not the same quality. The shearling began wearing down after the first few times I wore them.
This is the third season (winter) for these sandals. Yes, the shearling has worn away but the shoes are still comfortable. I now wear them to the swimming pool (chilly in winter but this is Arizona and the pool is heated) so that when I get out of the pool even though the shearling has almost worn away the sandals help dry my feet off. Was looking for another pair, but they have not been reduced in price. They are very pricey, but I wear them constantly.
Firstly, the UO site doesn’t give you an option to change whether the shoe is narrow or regular fit. They just send narrow without mentioning it. And these shoes are horribly put together. U can see glue on the heel area and feel the hard glue on the sides of your foot bc of the narrow fit
Theses sandals are amazing. My first pair of Birkenstock ever and felt in love. I was skeptical since I tried Birkenstock sandals in a department store in the past but found the soles a little too hard. When I saw these sandals with linings I gave them a second chance and I’m so glad I did. They are true to size, keep my feet warm during the winter ( temp around 40s to 60s here) and I can walk for hours without pain. I love them.
