A great sandal, well made and extremely comfortable. No rubbing was caused on the first wear, they did feel hard on the sole at first but once I got used to them then I loved them. They are shaped to your foot and fit like a glove. Would definitely buy a second pair. I paid full price, missed the discounted price by a day! Only me

the 37 was a perfect fit for me. I have planters fasciitis and is the shoe to go for if you have foot issues. The doctor recommended his insert which was okay and cost $40 out of pocket. These shoes are well worth it and will be buying another pair. Zulily has great prices also.

I have purchased these to assist in the recovery of Achilles tendinitis, so far so good. Great arch support, rotates the ankles in to the correct alignment, consequently relieves the pressure on the Achilles and supports the arches. Highly recommend.

Great product at a good price. These are my 4th pair of birkenstocks and I wear them everyday. Great appearance and great comfort. Excellent with dresses or pants. Easy to pack just don't leave them unattended on the beach. They have a habit of walking away. I am planning on buying the Arizona to wear as slippers with socks in the winter
So far these are great, love the gold colour. Fits similarly to the black Gizeh model, except I needed to go up one extra buckle notch on each for for them to fit. The footbed fits the same as the black colour, meaning it fits large when compared to other brands (go down one size from your normal shoe size when buying Birkenstocks)
I have been a wearing the Gizeh Birkenstocks for many years (longer than I care to admit!) and decided to add a white pair to my collection. As expected, these are beautiful and comfortable. I have a very narrow foot and have always ordered from the Narrow sizing, and without thinking, assumed that the Women’s sizing would be similar. These are clearly wider at the top of my foot, but not so much that I won’t keep them. (Either way, that was my error. I expect that they run true to size.)
It's always a shot in the dark buying sandals online, but after "borrowing" my sister's Birkenstocks one summer, it was time to get my own. After a couple of weeks of wearing in, they now have that trademark, glove-like fit of a well-loved Birkie. All the arch and toe supports conform to my own foot anatomy, and they are my go-to summer footwear. The styling of the Gizeh and coolness of the cork means they travel easily from beach to town and beyond. Be patient with the breaking in process, because once achieved, you'll be throwing out every other sandal in your wardrobe and reaching for your dear old Birkenstocks. You can live with the strange tan lines.
I have never had Birks but have always heard good things. Finally decided to go for it. I would recommend sizing down slightly (I am a 7 or 7.5 and got a 37 and they JUST fit). The first couple times I wore them my feet were a bit sore, but now they are perfect and good for longer distances - much better than flip flops! Also perfect because they can pass for casual or dressier occasions.
I’ve had many pairs of birks over the years. Either my feet are getting fat, or these seem a bit narrower than normal. The birko flor material is nice. I’ve only ever had leather or suede Birks in the past, and I was concerned that these would look cheap. But they’re surprisingly nice. I’m still tempted to keep them, even though they’re a bit narrow. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with Birkenstocks.
I bought my first ones in 1989 in Germany. Back then hee we only had the leather ones in brown, so to buy a pair of white in birko flor was unusual. Since then I've always had several pairs and even if I am shoe maniac, I have a couple hundreds of pairs of shoes, I always come back to these. Nothing has changed and they last last last. They are my most comporftable shoes for walking and I can't go on holidays without them.
