A while back I got a pair of these Arizona's in plastic, which came in handy if I was putting on foot cream and didn't want to slide my greased up feet into my Vionic slippers. Nordstrom gifted me a note and I spent it on these really lovely Arizona Birko-Flor Slide Sandals. I could have worn them the week before this last one, but the temp are back down and that makes me want to wear socks and clogs. When it heats back up, I'll be living in these Birkenstocks. I am a true Euro 39 size wise and I appreciate it when manufacturers don't make me guess between 8, 8.5 and 9. Looking at YOU, Blondo.

Great shoe! Just give them a couple of weeks to break in! You will not regret your purchase!I bought a pair last year for my two daughters and they loved them! Just today, one daughter's dog must've also loved them, he chomped them all up! She was NOT happy to say the least!

I've had a pair of Birk Milanos for over 20 years and decided these would be a good addition to my wardrobe.The black buckles blend in for a simple look, which I like. They're perfect for wearing with shorts, trousers, jeans, dresses etc, and they're very comfortable. I usually go for a 5.5 and ordered these in a 6 as half sizes weren't available, and they're a good fit. I have fairly narrow feet and don't notice these fitting (or looking) different from the standard width ones; of course, there's room for adjustment with the buckles if they feel too loose or tight.A good pair of sandals that should get plenty of wear and, if they're anything like my other pair, should last for years.

Purchased my first pair of birkes this June..I like that they feel sturdy, they do have some good traction at the bottom so I won’t be doing any sliding around. I’m still getting used the to actual inside sole of the sandals..but apparently it’ll mold to my exact foot pattern. Seems like it does get dirty quick..which I accidentally got them wet from spilling something and it kinda left a stain. Either way still enjoy them right now. I do love the color comb. Got a psi for my hubs too..no complaints from him lol
I'm hoping this review saves someone else the hassle of returning because the sizing is a bit misleading on Nordstrom's website. Birkenstock has two sizes: their 'Regular/Wide' size and their 'Medium/Narrow' size. These are the narrows. If you're used to the roomy fit of the Regular Birkenstock, these will feel too small/tight. Since Nordstrom doesn't offer the Regular fit, I am returning and buying elsewhere. I will keep purchasing from Nordstrom because customer service is top-notch, just wanted to provide some clarity for anyone else considering purchasing these!
First bought a pair of the rubbers ones and absolutely loved them so wanted a smarter pair and bought these. Had never worn Birkenstock before as have narrow feet and skinny legs so assumed they would be too wide and look bulky.. but they don't! Only thing I would say is they run smaller than the rubber ones. I have the rubber ones in a 6 narrow and they are a perfect fit whereas the 6 narrow in these are slightly too short and narrow. I am usually a 7 narrow so assume it's just the rubber ones that run big. Will order a 7 next time as these are ny favorite sandal ever for comfort and style!
The Birkenstocks themselves are great, the usual quality you would expect.However, these are the narrow footbed fit. It isn't in the description that these aren't the standard width. In fact it says to order your normal size.I made ASOS aware of the issue and they still haven't changed the online info.Also don't buy the river island leggings (they are horrible quality). I can't do a review for those as ASOS sent a review opportunity for every other item but not the terrible quality leggings, which I suspect was intentional.
This is my first pair and I'm anxiously anticipating when they are broken in. I usually buy a cushy type of sandal/shoe but keep coming back to these for the cute style. It's the exact look I wanted I almost purchased Dansko sandals that look like Birks but are a cushier footbed. In the end, I preferred the color in the Birkenstock. I chose the mocha with the rose gold buckles. These will be my go to sandals this summer so I hope I chose right. I'll give 5 stars because I know they are quality but I'm still unsure how supportive or comfortable they will be wearing all day. Wish me luck!! Happy Birthday to me!! Btw, I'm 58. Old feet!! I wear size 8 or 39.
I bought these for my husband to replace an identical pair that had worn out. He says they are the most comfortable things he has ever worn especially as he has had various foot problems and these have ways been there for him when he couldn't wear anything else. They are great quality and the buckles are adjustable, which he needs as he has a high instep and sometimes can't get his feet into shoes. They also helped with his balance as one of his feet rolls slightly to one side. I also have a ladies version and agree that they are extremely comfortable, but also durable as I tend to do a lot of walking and hate trainers especially on holidays.
So far, so good. This is my 1st pair of leather birks. I am a size 10 in womens so purchased the 41 and they fit perfectly. I have the mens plastic version that run wider but these are not too narrow despite being narrower [I find the women's plastic version are too narrow vs the mens plastic ones]. Since these are new I can't attest to their longevity but hear good things about this brand. Meanwhile, they are comfy on despite my bunions. I got the stone which is a good neutral and love the rose gold hardware in contrast to the leather.
