I've been a loyal BIRKENSTOCK fan for many years and disappointed in the quality. Where is the good quality leather BIRKENSTOCK?? Do better! This shoe feels like plastic.

The rivet on mine fell off after less than three months. Am exchanging them because I love them so much, but it better not happen again
This shoe is everything I wanted…cute and comfortable.
They arrived damaged/worn. Nordstrom should have checked them before shipping. Customer service was EXCELLENT when I returned them in store! Patrice was cheerful, helpful, gracious, polite and efficient! The customer who damaged them originally was inconsiderate and worse. This was the last pair in my size.
Bloomingdale sent the wrong item, I then had to return the old item with no requisite compensation. Also had expedited original order, so this further complicated the issue as I needed to use the shoes for travel. So will be retuning lightly worn. Huge hassle for an issue on Bloomingdale's end. Offered no flexibility.
