I love birkenstocks they are honestly my favorite shoe for the summer. However these are definitely the narrow version of the shoe. If you are unaware the clogs come in a medium/narrow or regular/wide width. These are the medium narrow width, which I wish would have been stated on the website. Other than that they are great just not the right width for my feet. Have to return.
I absolutely love these shoes - they're comfy out of the box and look great with many outfits. It's important to note the pair I have is a narrow 37, which means they fit more like a 36, which worked out perfectly for my foot, but just be aware. They fit very well with socks on. Without socks, they do still fit, but I need the buckle to be on the tightest setting so it doesn't feel like the shoe is going to fly off. Overall, very pleased I finally bought a pair of Boston's!

I have only recently begun wearing Birks sandals but had never owned a pair of clogs. I picked these up in the suede Night Blue color and I love them. They were super soft and comfortable right out of the box.For reference, I normally wear a size 6 - 61/2 in shoes and in Birks, I wear a size 36. My shoes are normally medium in width. I purchased these clogs in my normal Birks size and they fit perfectly. I recently wore them when traveling so I put on a pair of socks. I had to loosen the buckle one notch for a comfortable fit with socks. They were so soft and cozy. I had no pain in my feet or back when I stood around for long periods of time or when walking all over the airport. I was really happy that my Birks were super comfy. I really love these clogs. I wear them with jeans and even leggings sometimes.
I had been looking for these for a while and could not find the narrow fit in my size... FINALLY found them and ordered. Love everything about them. They fit great (true to size for me), love the taupe color, and slim fit. I tried on a pair of the regular ones (not narrow) and they looked way too wide for my taste. This is my first pair of the soft foot-bed and they feel great, although I do love the traditional foot-bed. No regrets!
I came into the store at around 5pm to try them on. I read on birkenstock website is better to measure your feet for the perfect fit at the end of the day because your feet have expanded. So I came into the store to try them one and get the right size. I'm usually between sizes depending the shoe brand, but it's 7 1/2 or 8. The associate brought me a 37 and I told him it felt tight but he insisted it looked right. He brought me the 38 but he stated my heel was not at close to the wedge and looked big. So I went with the 37. Bad idea! My right foot starter to hurt and I couldn't keep walking in them. I had to return them. Bummed because I really wanted to love them and hear only good things about them.
Birkenstock Bostons run in NARROW and REGULAR (aka Wide). If you are like me and interpret "regular" as the default size you are mistaken. Dillards only carries the NARROW version but does not clearly state that in the sizing. A quick CTRL+F will show that "narrow" is one of the last words in the lengthy description. This is not a Birkenstock issue, rather a Dillard's issue. @Dillards clarify NARROW VS. REGULAR IN YOUR LISTING WITH THE SIZING like all the other websites that carry this shoe.I have normal sized feet and the narrow is extremely narrow and cuts into the sides of my feet. I also typically size down in the sandal (I get a 6 in the sandal, and I'm typically a 7) but would recommend getting your true size in the clog.
I purchased the lighter color of these Birkenstocks for my daughter who wears a 38 in Birkenstock sandals. This style however ran smaller than the sandals and we had to return. After trying them on - we went online to order the next size up but were sold out nearly across all sizes. Went on other websites but found they were backordered into 2024!
