I got these in the brown, and I always thought I had wide feet, so I was a little concerned because everybody says it’s really narrow. But it fits perfectly for me, it does not feel too narrow. These are extremely extremely comfortable. I’ve always heard that Birks are good for plantar fasciitis, but they’ve always felt too hard and stiff, so I never liked them. These ones however, because of shearling, are so soft and comfortable. I want to buy a second pair right away! I normally wear an 8 1/2 in shoes, so I bought this in a 9, and it’s perfect

First ordered tan in my normal Birkenstock 7-7.5 size. It was too small, heel was essentially at the very edge. Returned for the black in 8-8.5. The fit is still snug (I’m a true 7.5) but manageable. I tried the shoes in to walk around in the house and they definitely left black from the fur on my heels so I have only worn with socks at this point. I think the fur may make the fit smaller/more narrow. I kept the shoe but it’s honestly not the best feeling when walking long distances. I’m guess it may be better if I wore them without the socks but then my feet would be black. I kept them but still iffy.

Absolutely love these shearling clogs. I typically wear a Euro 36 (US size 6 running shoe) and first bought a pair of the "Regular" width clogs which are a dream. I bought these ones for my daughter and they only had "narrow" width. I was concerned they would be too narrow, as I prefer lots of room in the toe box for healthy feet, regardless of whether the foot is narrow or not. However, these narrow width shoes fit my small (but wide) size 6 feet just fine. I have read other reviewers who suggest the narrow is too narrow, especially with the shearling, and I can see how they would feel that way, but having owned the regular width (2 years and running), I can vouch that the shearling does pack down and eventually start to diminish, so the initial coziness won't ... MoreAbsolutely love these shearling clogs. It doesn't in any way diminish my love of the shoe though! My threadbare (of shearling) Bostons are still going strong, and are still as comfortable as ever. I can't resist wearing around my daughter's lovely new ones from time to time, but mine still feel great once on having molded completely to my feet. We wear these as indoor slippers on hardwood floors although I envision turning mine into outdoor shoes down the road, when they look more like a Boston without shearling -- and getting a new pair with the lining! Even then, I'd think mine would last years more...

I have Boston's both with and without the shearling. The ones with the shearling are so comfortable right out of the box and they nicely hug my bare feet. Unless you wear thin socks, the shearling makes it tough to get socks in there. My unlined Bostons of the same size feel much bigger (almost too big) but are great for socks. So if you plan on going barefoot, you won't regret the shearling.
I've never owned Birkenstock shoes before. I have a fairly narrow foot and have always heard how wide Birkenstock shoes were so I've never even tried them before but did these because of all the reviews mentioning this style runs a little narrow. I loved the look of these clogs, and they do in fact run narrow so they fit properly, but I found them to be very stiff and uncomfortable so I returned them. They were easy to walk in and they stayed on my foot without slipping which I really liked but I'm not sure what the hype is because I did not find them to be comfortable at all.
I wanted these shoes so bad! My feet have entered a whole new level of bummer, working from home and being barefoot most of the time... has made regular shoes painful. Stilettos 5 days a week for 30 years probably didn't help, but I digress. I need something to wear in the house during the day while working from home. It's been a minute since I bought Birks so I figures I should measure first. I went to the Birk site and found I am somewhere between a 6.5/7 went with the 37. I'm not sure if it's the sherpa lining or just the shoe is built but it felt tight. I did not order the narrow shoe. While I'm sure with some wear it would mold to my foot, however ...I like to wear socks so I'm not sure that would work long term.... and probably too warm. I was super excited for these shoes as I have been eyeing them for some time. I love my summer Birkenstocks and was thrilled to have a Birkenstock option for winter wear in Colorado. I started by ordering the same size I usually wear in Birkenstocks, 38. That pair went back as they were way too small. The size 39 were cozy but a better fit. As with other Birkenstocks I knew they would need some wear to mold to my feet. After wearing them around the house for a few hours, my pinky toe was irritated and started developing a blister. When I felt inside the shoe, I found that the shearling on the top part of the shoe stopped short of where the the suede meets the sole leaving a weird raw edge. The other shoe was normal. Returned and received another pair of 39s. The shearling is OK on this pair but my toes on the left foot are hitting the top of the foot bed in one shoe. They did not do this with the previous pair. Super frustrating! Quality is off and inconsistent - not what I would expect from Birkenstocks or shoes at this price point. This pair will be going back and I will have to find a new option.
In my case, I sized up one size because I sometimes wear socks with my Stocks. If I didn’t wear socks, I would have stayed with a size 39 (I sized up to a 40 and kept the larger size). I wear a size 39 in my regular Birkenstock Boston’s, without the shearling, and they fit perfectly. In the size 39 with the shearling, my heel was right on the edge, but with socks they fell over the edge, so I’m returning the 39’s.These are very comfortable clogs! I have Ugg slippers too, but these provide much more support when I stand at my desk while working from home.I’m going to recommend these to my mom and sister that have foot and knee pain because these are just so much more supportive than Uggs.If you see these comfy clogs in the size and color you want, I recommend ... MoreIn my case, I sized up one size because I sometimes wear socks with my Stocks. I have long worn Ugg slippers and loved them, so I wasn't sure what to expect with these Birks. I *LOVE* them and I wear them so much more than I thought I would. I don't think I'm that old at 45, but having the foot support of a Birkenstock combined with the warmth of a slipper is amazing for doing things around the house. I physically feel better wearing them than my Uggs, a brand I have loyally worn for almost 20 years. Also: I wasn't sure if I should get my normal size Birkenstock or go up a size because of the shearling lining. I went with my normal size and it works even if I wear socks with them.
Picked these up as an online order at the Rack. Luckily I opened them up while I was at the store because they were used/worn shoes. The shearling was matted and dirty and I could feel toe indentations when I slid my hand into the shoe. The outside was also totally scuffed. I love the Nordstrom return policy but I don’t want to receive used $170 shoes. I returned them right away and ordered another pair online, hoping for a new pair this time.
