Never got my 39's, received 42 instead also told my 41's were on the way...don't know what happened.Jade was great and the matter was resolved but disappointed they didn't have any 39's for me. Bought them before and love these shoes.

I have finally found a pair of shoes for my Plantars feet problem! I have extremely high arches and I do mean extremely. These are the perfect shoes for me. My Plantars is finally starting to heal. I'm hoping over the next few months my feet will be healed. It's great not having to think about my feet all day long. After all every step hurts when you are crippled with Plantars. I can honestly say, I very rarely feel my feet hurting or getting tight like they use to. I will continue to by Birks! I tried the Water shoes but the arches aren't as high so I did have to send them back. After 1.5 years of Plantars my feet love these. I have owned them for 2 months now. Great shoes Buy with confidence!
