Birkenstock, what's not to like!

Really good finish and rustic rugged look. This sandal is marketed on JL as men's but is also described else wear as unisex. I took a punt and although the product is absolutely fantastic, the fit was a little too big, which I should have known. One size down would work. The leather is solid with a clean natural finish. The back strap is a great feature that will stop them flying off as you run for the bus. Can be worn by men or women. Not girlish and definitely a more masculine look for a sandal but great for comfort. Not soft comfort but more of supportive comfort.

Comfortable sandals

Comfortable sandals, though takes a few days to wear in the base. I am a size 8 and ordered 42, this was clearly too large. Reordered in a 7.5 / 41, and fits well. So it seems you need half a size down with Birkenstocks. I was also worrying whether the synthetic fabric would be inferior to leather, actually it seems nice and lighter weight.

Excellent comfort. Excellent service.

I like the Birkenstock Arizona but wanted the back strap so I could walk for longer. Size was the same as for previous purchases. One front strap was uncomfortable at first, so I wore socks for a day and then didn’t need to (although I still wear socks sometimes and the sandals look fine).Delivery was excellent, within 2 days.

Incorrect description?

My right broken toes feel great in this shoe!

Very comfortable however you need to go a size bigger:) I purchased an 8 which is a 38 and needed a 39 which I feel is an 8 1/2 Otherwise your toes go over the top of the shoe I'm wearing Birkenstock because I had broke my large toe and the one next to it. I have been in a foot cast and shoe cast for many months. I must admit Birkenstock is making my toes heal faster:) I can even walk across the grass now without any difficulty. Of course you need the Milano because the strap in the back helps not to have your foot slip Ask your doctor first:) This is my experience.

Nice Sandals, big though.

Seem like a great shoe. Going to have to return them though. Ordered online some research and they are massive. I'm reliably a 11-12 in every shoe I've had in my adult life. Bought an 11.5 because the internet said they were 'true to size'. Absolutely no, they're huge. According to Birkenstocks own size chart they include on the box, I'm a size 8!

Wrong size

I ordered a 41 before, too big for a normal size. Understandable, some brands are different from standards. I reordered a smaller size then. For any reason, you guys sent a box with two sticker size, 40 in the top of a 42. Obviously, the sandals were a 42, a size even bigger than the original order. Suddenly, the product is not in sales anymore. Very poor and annoying service.
