I have wanted to try the Steam Cleaner but never got around to it. Sooo very glad so did! What s breeze to thoroughly clean and basically sanitize all my rooms. Especially the "cat" room. I have eleven rescues and this definitely does the trick! No harsh chemicals and fresh! My life just got alot easier! Not to mention the three tile bathrooms I have. Just take the pads off and wash. What a blessing! And by the way, I'm in a wheelchair! So easy, wow!

Long cord allows me to clean large area. Floor dries quickly. Easy to fill with distilled water. Mop pad stays in place but easy to remove to wash. No disposable pads to buy. And it's quiet, and lightweight. Easy to maneuver and mop stands up by itself if you need to take hands off for a second or two.

Great steam mop. Simple to assemble, heats up quickly and easy to use. Gets into the corners and floor drys quickly. It's light weight and easy to use. Only thing to mention is the cable - it is a little short for our open plan living/dining/ kitchen area. It's nothing an extension chord cant fix so not a big deal. Im happy with my purchases and would recommend.
Excellent steam mop. Really easy to use and doesn't leave too much water on the floor. It dries very quickly without having to mop up with another mop. The on-demand trigger on the handle is much better than some other steam mops which just have an on/off switch on the lower part of the unit.

Unfortunately that texture makes it impossible to get totally clean. I was always seeing dirt in the little crevices and it drove me nuts. I used my new steam mop as soon as it got here. It's really basic no struggle putting it together. It works amazing. My floors look brand new and I had no idea how dirty they really were. I love this product and have had no issues after several uses.

I didnt realize how much dirt my swifter was leaving behind, and I have the good swiffer. Or so I thought anyways, and my mailman even asked how good it works when he delivered it, came back to ask how it works. It's so easy to use, that my 4 year old son helps me mop with it. The tank is small but I get my whole house done and dont even have to refill it. U have to wait for it to heat up for a min, but it produces quite a bit of steam. Definitely happy with my purchase. Shipping took a little under 2 weeks, but that's to be expected right now. Thanks bissell
Just wanted a simple steam mop without the smelly scents and gimmick attachments. Simple and easy to use. Fill water, pull trigger, and go. The microfiber mop pad works great, traditional Bissell smooth easy clean. Happy with this setup. CONS and gave it 3 Stars because: the Mop Pad with Built In Scrubbing Strips Sucks! It is so hard to push, gets stuck, the mop pad slides off instead of sliding forward. Constantly, No matter how tight I pull the string. And when I tried to just buy more traditional microfiber mops, I can't. Bissell only sells it 2 pack with the sucky scrubbing strip mop. Now I have to buy an off brand mop pad so I don't get the Sucky Scrubbing Strip Mop Pad. Bissell Sad gimmick to get rid of bad inventory.
My steam mop broke so i needed something asap! Bought the bissel and while it works great and does what it's supposed to, i dont like the triangle bottom as it just seems so much smaller (other steam mop was rectangle bottom and felt like it covered more area because of it). Steams great but you have to hold the button in constantly for it to steam and after a certain amount of time it hurts your hand. My old steam mop just turned on and it would automatically steam which is what i loved.
I have purchase this model 3 times over a 4 year period. It works, but the quality is poor and not durable. There's support but not a lot of solutions. It breaks and stops working very quickly. If under 365 days, it can be replaced, but 12 months comes quickly. I should have purchase an industry solid Europex, it would have cost less.
