I love this product! I used to feel too lazy to clean, now I ask my visitors to keep their shoes on so I can have a reason to clean the floors It wipes perfectly but you would still need a quick vacuum or a dry mop to collect some particles All in all, it does way more than I expected!

It cleans floors well. It's so easy to push around. I like that it is cordless. It makes cleaning easier. When it's easy, I do it more often. So my floors stay cleaner now.
Makes mopping so much easier! I actually want mop now! Cleans very well smells fresh after mopping!
So far this has been my favorite mop. I love it being cordless and that you can control the cleaning solution so it isn't so slippery. Great way to store and charge.
I would definitely give this 5 stars if they have some thicker pads that can wipe and mop my porcelain tiles which has more of a textured and cratered surface. Otherwise, it works great on smooth tiles or hardwood floors. Battery life is great, a little amount of solution works for a pretty long time. Only cons are it's hard to really clean textured tiles and cleaning the pad, you have to kind of scrub the surface with a brush. Throwing it into the washer will clean it but it'll still have dark stains on the bottom. If your floor is really sticky due to a spill or something, you might have to use a regular mop to get rid of the stickiness.
I couldn't say enough good things about this mop. It does a great job without me having to crawl around in the floor and scrub by hand. Definitely worth every penny.
This thing is the nicest thing since light bulbs. Saves so much time and energy. If you want to fall into good graces with a loved one, buy them one of these.
Wow!! Ive only used this Amazing little helper twice and I love it!! If you have back problems and it hurts to mop you have found your Little Helper!! So thank you Bissell for an amazing product.
