I gave a 4/5 review as the instruction on the packaging are confusing. The item is great though once it’s fitted. You need to cut a lot of excess material from the guard to make sure it is the right size for a child. Then you need to put it in boiling water for 10 Sec, remove it and the place it in the mouth and hold it in place with all your fingers as best you can, until it cools down. We got there inthe end. The strange thing is the packaging says no cutting, boiling, mounding or fitting???’ You absolutely do need to do this to be able to use it.
