Works well, the water reservoir isn't big but enough to make the steam work for approximately 15min on high steam setting.I like the steam intensity dial, the mitt is excellent for wiping surfaces and walls. A lot of other attachments that I actually don't have use for but it provides flexibility of use for others. Generally happy with the products. Oh and the cable is very long which is helpful too I think it's 6meters.

Good choice

Much sturdier unit to my previous mop. Good weight and manoeuvres well. Highly recommend. Like extra attachments to cover all cleaning jobs. Only complaint is it doesn’t easily stand up on it’s own.

Great Value for Money!

Title says 2-in-1 but it's more like a 10-in-1 at LEAST with all the different tools! The unit feels sturdy for the most part and very easy to use. Absolutely love all the different tools available from the steam mitt to the squeegee and the variety of brushes. The price was also fantastic and very competitive on Appliances Online and shipping was fast and flexible. Delivery could use some improving as courier just left item in building foyer when I advised I'd meet them downstairs to walk them to our building. Had the item been heavier/bulkier, I would have struggled to get the item into our unit myself >.<Overall a very satisfied customer as far as the item goes and would definitely recommend, especially for the right price :)

Great al round steam mop

we have had a number of steam mops over the years. From cheap to very expensive. The B & D is a very good option providing value for the money. It is well made. Even the accessories are strong. We have only used half of the accessories so far but the have all worked well. The unit is well balanced and easy to use. My only criticism so far would be that there does not appear to be a stand up lock position. When you are moving stuff and you want it to stand upright whilst you get things ready, is a bit of a trick to get it to balance properly. Other units have a cut out in the head that will allow it to balance easily in the vertical position.
