I bought the Black Magic 15lb Fluorocarbon Leader a few weeks ago, and used it on the weekend land based chasing Flathead on Soft Plastics. Managed to land some nice fish which included a cracking 53cm Giant Trevally (GT), once this fish was landed & I checked the leader it had a few scuff marks on it. I have no doubt that I only landed this fish due to using the Black Magic 15lb Fluorocarbon Leader with its superior abrasion resistance!

One of the best leaders out there with excellent knot strength and accurate weight rating. Very abrasion resistant. Great product and ne of my regular purchases

Magic, black or otherwise, should be considered with the utmost respect and seriousness. We all remember the situation with Black Alice and how quickly that escalated. After all, it started so innocently with the purchase of a novelty wand but ended with Alice having to do some quick explaining about the teeth found in her wood fire oven.

Have been using the black magic fluoro for a number of years and it proved very good. It has my opinion great abrasion resistance and i believe has better strength than the stated breaking strain.
Good leader, anaconda had it cheaper than anywhere. Still learning to tie it all properly but no issues using it and I’m told by the superior anglers in my life that it’s the best. Good stuff!
I get the 6lb. Great leader for ultralight applications. Very thin diameter. Holds knots well. Flies through the eyes very well
Give yourself a fighting chance. Black magic is the first thing packed in my tackle box. Best I’ve tried!
Not used yet but believe it to be a good leader and Brand (based on my research). Also is economical. So I'm going on what I think the product will be like based on what I have found out.
Virtually invisible under water. Very strong tensile strength. Superb abrasion resistance. My favourite leader brand and material.
Tough and very resistant to abrasion. Tip: use a rod length of flouro for two reasons. 1- so you have extra length of abrasion resistance in the wash, especially if it is gnarly looking above the water line, guarantee it is the same or worse under the wash. 2) if it is a calm day it pays to have as much "invisibility" between the terminal and the braid. It can even pay to use it if you fish with mono.
