A lot smaller than I thought they'd be

Product is a lot smaller than I thought it'd be and for the price, it doesn't feel that value for money. Additionally, while I know bully sticks don't smell that great in general, the pack I received was particularly pungent.

Didn't last long, possibly gave my dog diarrhoea

We have a lab who loves to chew, so thought these might be a good option. Even though they are very expensive, if they lasted, it would be worth it. Unfortunately our dog would finish one in 5-10 minutes max. In addition, he had mild diarrhoea the week that we gave him these (he'd get one per day). I don't know if it was connected, but the diarrhoea cleared up after we stopped giving them to him.

My 9 month old puppy has no problem with the Bully sticks from Petbarn but these ones gave him immediate diarrhoea. 4 times over 16 hours. Ruined our carpet. Won't be buying again!

Highway Robbery

This product is a real disappointment. The 25 no. of bully sticks (large pack) are very inconsistent in size, a few of them was only half the diameter of that shown in the photo. I weighed the packet of 25, and it came in at around 775 grams. Since the price for 775 grams is $85, this means that it is $110/kg for what is essentially Bull Pizzle (Penis). The worst part is, each bully stick only lasts around 5 minute for my corgi. Never again!

Lasts long enough!
1 January 2023

My Labrador gets through most treats in record time. This one gives me the longest respite and keeps her engaged for a reasonable time. It also doesn't snap off like some others- needs to be chewed.

Not made in Australia
17 November 2020

I prefer to purchase Australian food products for my dog, which it states on the website they are. However on inspecting the packet it is printed quite clearly Blackdog products are Product of Australia excl. Bully Sticks-Product of Brazil? Disappointed by that. My Spoodle did enjoy the bully stick but they don't last very long...gone in under 5 minutes.

Not the same anymore?
28 April 2021

These used to be my dog's favourite treat for years. She absolutely devoured them. But she threw up on the last ones I gave her. Just can't handle them anymore I noticed the colour of them was different . They used to be a dark brown but now they're pink and light brown and smell different. In fact they look similar to the WAG Bully Bites which she also throws up on. Either Black Dog have changed their processing or they are obtaining them from a different source. Either way I wont be buying them anymore. They're too expensive for my dog just to throw up on

Product of Australia doesn't mean that at all
4 January 2022

This company looks for Loop holes. Ingredients are sourced from overseas. Including the bully in these bully sticks. Even sweet Potato slices are claimed to product of Australia but the only ingredient is sourced from PRC. Not even honest enough to spell out CHINA. I will not buy from companies who deceive.

Quality go down and cause diarrhoea
13 July 2021

My 7 month puppy was loving the bully stick. But the recent pack of 25 come with poor quality. Stick is much thinner and easy to broken than before. My dog had diarrhoea after had it 3 times, I have to stop giving him. Very disappointed.

delay and quality

Hi, the goods to arrive was way delayed than the last time. Also I orders 5 packs for bully sticks. The sticks are so small like chop sticks. that is really a rip off compared to last time I ordered
