It has come to my attention that Blackdog - so called 100% Äustralian Made, Australian Owned sweet potatoes are sourced from China. This is a very big deal for me. I felt cheated and conned and will not buy their products anymore. I agree with someone's comments about printing "Product of Australia Excl. Sweet Potato - Product of PRC (aka China). If they can't even use sweet potatoes from Australia which is the main source of ingredients in this package, what else are they using?

Cannot stress enough to cut these into tiny pieces. Have a very chewy consistency and get stuck around teeth and in throats easily when left whole or in big strips. Nothing wrong with the treat itself just make sure to cut them up tiny and supervise!

Normally my dog loves these, however the product in the packet we received this order were all small pieces and quite discoloured and my dog was not particularly interested in them. It looked like older bruised sweet potatoes may have been used.
These are excellent treats for our little Pug with a liver-shunt so she is a full vegetarian as protein poisons her blood. We have to cut them up into small pieces as she is not one to chew her food. She absolutely loves them. Our 2 pet pigs who are also vegetarian by Law, also love these treats.
I re-ordered this as my dog really liked it. When it arrived I noticed the label changed from "Product of Australia" to "Product of Australia Excl. Sweet potato - product of PRC". It should've just been labelled "Product of China", what does this even mean saying product of Australia excluding sweet potatoes? All this treat has is sweet potato... I love your fast delivery and good prices, but I wouldn't have ordered this again if I had've known.
My frenchie absolutely loves these. I cut them up into small 1 cm pieces and hide them in her snuffle matt. Keeps her entertained for ages.Also she doesn't like to eat first thing in the morning after waking up but I need to get something into her belly as she has high acid on an empty stomach and will throw up sometimes. She eats these and then is hungry for other food
Soft and chewy. You can tear them into strips or cut into little chunks for smaller dogs. A whole one might be too much for dogs under 10kg. They are not as tough as pigs ears or other rawhide so they dont provide much dental benefit but they must be tasty.
My miniature poodle has inflammatory bowel disease and she cannot eat any animal products. Training her with food rewards was impossible until I discovered these dried Sweet Potato slices. I cut the slices into tiny pieces and I use them as a training reward. My dog loves these treats so much, she will do just about anything for them!
My dog isn't picky, but these are definitely one of his favourite treats! They're irregular sized, but it's very easy to rip the larger pieces up on the spot. It's nice to be able to give him something high fibre without lots of added ingredients.
