I bought this few months back and started to take it one a day for about two weeks consecutively and the problem seems gone away. To avoid taking so much tablets, I am only taking them when i started to feel the pain and stops as soon as the problem goes away. Overall experience is effective for adult with very mild kneecap burning sensation and pain. The only draw back is the tablet size is huge same like other vitamins which makes it quite hard to swallow for me and don't mention about the elderly's.

I’ve been taking this product for approx 3 weeks and I’m just starting to feel them working on my arthritis so that makes me very happy.
