I take this at night plus a B vitamin enriched magnesium in the morning and I'm sleeping really soundly again. It is pretty sweet. If you can't tolerate it I'd go for the Blackmores Daily Magnesium powder which has a nice lemon taste.

On my third bottle and can’t get enough
It relaxed me enough to sleep for five hours which l have not achieved in months
I find this product really helpful for cramps and sleeping.
It's ok. However, it tastes very sweet and sugary. All I wanted was magnesium. I didn't know I was buying sugar. The carbohydrate content is not listed on the label, so there is no way to know how many carbs, if any, are in it. I am on a keto diet, so I won't repurchase this product because the carb content is a mystery.
2nd time I have tried this Blackmores sound sleep Magnesium powder, and have not noticed any difference from the last time, does not work for me, wide awake till after midnight!
Tastes great in milk. Best sleep I've had in years.
