Excellent immune system booster which in this day and age is well needed.
Sorry to say I did not check the ingredients list before buying. This product unfortunately contains sulfites. So people like me with an allergy to sulfites need to take care.
We usually purchase vitamins and supplements from another online retailer, but while ~30% of their items are typically "out of stock", Mr Vitamins rarely is 👍

Was recommended to try a vit D supplement by the MS Society, as I have a condition that will likely convert to multiple sclerosis in a few years. I went with this brand because I know and trust it. I did not notice any difference in fatigue levels for about a month and was initially very disappointed. However after 6 weeks I began to notice a dramatic improvement in energy, fatigue and muscle fatigue levels. I also noticed any wounds I sustained were healing at a much faster rate.
