Happy with the compressor but the air filter keeps falling off. I cannot see how to install so that it does not come off. My current fix is to use a rubber band.

I have other Blackridge Air Compressors but I purchased this one just for inflating my tyres etc, as it is a very compact unit and fits into places that the other larger units don't. It is surprisingly extremely efficient for it's size and the price is not that much dearer than alternative cheap tyre inflators.

I was hoping it'd do 100 psi for my road bike, but can only get it up to 92 psi before it cuts out when I have it set to maximum pressure. If I had known that it was a bit limited like this, I may have bought the Stanley that SCA also sell. Nonetheless, it does a great job for the majority of use cases, and seems incredibly good quality for such a great price. I would buy it again except for my 100 psi use case, and would recommend it, just be aware that it might not just be mine that doesn't do 115 psi. Change the box to say 90 psi compressor, and I'd give it a 5th star.

Works well however I was confused when installation directions state " do not connect to an extension cord". The length ot the cord attched to the compressor is very short. How one would connect the compressor to electricity without an extension cord is beyond me.
Excellent product Note: it uses Nitto style connectors NOT NPT so check your air tools and buy appropriate 1/4" Nitto fittings. works well ion off switch as a 2 stage lift the 2nd lift section is quite firm so ensure its all the way up or you only get 30 psi with leakage. Worked well with all accessories, such as sprayguns, plus a Brad nailer and Framing nailer
Wonderful compressor. Used mainly for inflating tyres on various vehicles, trailers, bikes etc. Much quieter than the Colt 200 it is replacing (only lasted a couple of years of very light use). Very impressed so far. If it lasts the distance, as most long term reviewers suggest it will, I will be delighted. Appears to be very good quality - Very good value - bought it on sale for about $130 - How Good is THAT!Highly recommended
Brilliant little unit, plenty of grunt for a small compressor don't know why i waited so long to upgrade. holds pressure well even with a 10m air hose attached.

This replaced the older model and it doesn’t have an on/off valve at the outlet. This means to change the ends you have to loose all the air and start again. The power lead is also much shorter than the one it replaces.
Got this mainly to pump the car tires and blow out dust, water and other gunk from parts. Its not overly loud and is acceptable in filling the tank in approx. 2min. It is early days but so far I''m happy with the unit.
