I bought this to replace a shredder that had given up on me and so far it has worked well with my only grip (that i can live with) being it needs a bit more bin space although it wouldn't be as compact. Its only downfall so far is that some paper seems to slow a little when shredding so i reduce the pages to 6 -7 to solve this overall though value for money i would give it a 4.5 if i could

the container is too small, the shredder struggles and makes 'dying' noises getting towards the end of the 10 sheets

Very impressed with this little machine. Does the job with no fuss, no annoying blockages or jams. Would recommend.

Great threader works well in a domestic situation, good value, has a-nice size bin.
Pretty poor. Struggles to shred more than 10 single sheets in a row before jamming….10 sheets at one and it completely seizes. No better than a crappy old shredder I had 20 years ago. Awful jamming / clunking noises when running in reverse to un-jam (every few sheets!). Will be amazed if it lasts the year of its warranty!
Good shredder.Nice that the paper bin can be pulled out to empty. Find it difficult to get an even shred along the full length, only wants to start at the right side corner and has to be 'helped' to get it all shredded across.
