This was my first time purchasing protein from EHPLabs. I have always previously used MyProtein but saw a lot of fitness influencers advertising this brand. I expected the Strawberry Mylk flavour to taste similar to the MyProtein Strawberry and Cream. Unfortunately I physically gagged when consuming the product with oats and really struggled to finish my meal. Personally the flavouring was very weak and not to my taste. However, what I liked about the product was the gluten and dairy free aspect. I struggle with reflux and bloating with other brands but didn’t have any issues with this product. That being said, I will definitely continue to try the product with yoghurt or milk and in the future repurchase a different flavour to try.

This happens no matter if it’s mixed as a smoothie or a plain drink.-The container could be smaller.Pros:-It’s edible! I had one from another brand that was horrible.-Taste the best as a smoothie. I use vanilla yogurt and frozen strawberries & bananas.It’s tolerable with just water or almond milk but not my preference.-It doesn’t taste powdery, which is a pleasant surprise.Overall, I would recommend.

I'm a Christian personal trainer and there is just something about opening my cabinets and seeing the tubs with "Blessed" written across them. It makes me smile every time! I love that they are plant-blased and also have high protein like the whey powders do. Most plant-based proteins only have 15g while these are 23g. That was a huge plus for me. I received the Cinnamon Churros flavor a day or so ago. The taste is horrible. Since the cannister is opened, I was told I can't return it. I literally only made one shake. I was hoping I could return what I still have (to show that the cannister is practically full), and swap it for a diff flavor. From the perspective of a customer, I think this would make for great customer service, instead of just leaving me completely at a loss.The team member helping me sent me EHP's IG page to find recipes to try with the protein powder, however, I'm currently working w/ Sumeet and she has me on a specific meal plan so this option is of no benefit to me. Honestly I was super irritated when I opened the first bottle -hence the photo I took- not because of the price to quantity but for the environmental impact. It’s 2022, let’s be more mindful of our plastic usage!While I have not been taking them long enough to know if I am in love just yet since I have not seen the benefits, I can say I have quite happy with the purchase in regards to value and tastes - well besides the vanilla chai. I have been taking it for about a month now. Overall I am super satisfied with my purchase and will definitely return to try other flavors and products. I got the cookies and creme plant protein and they threw in the cookies protein powder as a freebie. Both taste bad and honestly the exact same. I’m not sure if it’s because of the flavor I got but it just tastes like chalky sweet protein powder. When I requested an exchange of flavor they said they couldn’t since the seal is broken…..how am I supposed to know if I like the flavor or not if I don’t try it first????? And why even have an exchange policy if that’s the case. Not sure why this is so hyped. Flavor was a 2/10 and customer service was a 0/10. Will not be back.
So after I bought this I learned more about some of these ingredients and realized that there's a lot of trash ingredients in here. As someone who is trying to heal my leaky gut, get rid of inflammation, and balance hormones, several of these ingredients are only going to work against me. At first sip I enjoyed the strawberry flavor, but by the end of the glass I wasn't sure if I could even stomach drinking it again. Perhaps if I added some fresh strawberries then it would be more palatable for me. I buy protein powders for connivence meals when needed cause I'm a mom of two little kids and sometimes eat on the run. I want something I can enjoy the flavor and texture of enough to not have to doctor it up in any way. This one missed the mark for me.

A light sodium taste as you sip this protein shake, but overall terrible flavor. Blessed protein is vegan and I love that, but I don't think I will be purchasing again.
