It's soft, and doesn't look boring.We brought the smallest size, still matches the 5 seater well, but it might have been even better if it was one size up!

The quality of the rug for the price is excellent. Selected for the bedroom, soft and silky under feet. De-fluffs a little at first vacuum. Delivery was great, including updates day of delivery by phone call from courier.

Rugs are lovely. Service is excellent. However the colour on the website is quite different to the colour in person.

Looks great but wouldn't buy again as it's impossible to clean and spills or dirty marks. Can't use liquids or sprays, not even a damp sponge or rag as it ruins the fibres in the rug.

This rug was exactly what I was looking for to tie our living space together. On top of our dark grey carpet, it really lightens the space. It has a soft texture, so you can happily enjoy sitting or lying on the floor.

Bit disappointed with how long it has been shedding for. Colour is beautiful

The shade and lustre of this rug is truely divine. I was initially planning it for a living area but it’s so lush and romantic i’ve decided to put it in my boudoir as the starting point of building a special place for me.

Rug is great, service is definitely not legendary!

Ordered and paid for my rug with the delivery confirmed date of July 17. When I chased up the delivery, I was told the rugs weren’t even in stock and wouldn’t be in for a few months. Cannot believe you can sell a rug you don’t even have in stock without warning the customer of the wait time. An email (sent twice) to the CEO John Winning regarding unacceptable processes and customer service still remains unanswered. When I raised this with the Fulfillment team (who somehow found me a rug), I was told they would escalate it to the Customer experience team. I don’t believe the customer experience team even exists!
