I ordered it online, without even trying it out, but the online description was very helpful. I liked it is Australian made, but the best thing is the comfort. I always buy expensive brands and I was unsure if a $399 mattress would be comfortable especially as I have chronic neck and back issues due to injuries. I had Fantastic Furniture’s recommended assembly professional Dennis and his crew assemble the Havana bed and drawers underneath, as I needed more storage in a small room. Dennis and his crew were very professional and placed the mattress on the Havana bed. I purchased a new double bed and mattress...My new Bloom Medium double bed and mattress are wonderful. The mattress is doing a great job keeping my back and hips supported and the bed looks fabulous, it has made my bedroom look fresh and new thanks to great manufacturing and Fantastic Furniture!

I purchased through zip money, and I've been waiting since 12th May for them to "capture" the payment from zip. Until they do I can't repay the loan from Zip. I've made 3 phone calls to the store with no resolution
I took the time to go to the Homemaker Centre opposite Northland. Great variety of shops located there. The Bloom Double Medium Mattress is a very good purchase. I find it just right for me. Would recommend not only Fantastic Furniture, but the entire zone.
Product broke in several places many times when assembling it. Resorted to strengthening it with wood glue. Bed head broke as soon as bed was moved. Quality of materials is not fit for purpose. Very disappointed that’s e don’t $1700 on two beds and a desk that cannot be moved for general cleaning without breaking.
So comfy - I haven't slept this well for a very long time. Also very light, so it's easy to remake the bed. My last mattress was so heavy to lift, it used to hurt my back when I remade it. Good quality too - and it looks nicely made - plus it's made in Australia!
This is a mattress for my 24 year old son, moving out of home. He says it is very comfortable and carries his 6 foot 4 frame and weight well. It is a good firmness and not thin so quality for price is excellent. It is not rolled up and needed to be delivered as I did not have a trailer but that was easy and they carried it in and set it up for him.
This mattress is NOT the height size as advertised.When I contacted the townsville store I was given attitude from the person on the phone and told that quote,well that is what it says on the Web site.I said that is fine,however it is still not the correct size.I then asked to speak to a manager,I was told that she is TOO BUSY to take my call.I said ok ill leave my number and you said you will get her to call me back.2 weeks later and still waiting for the call.We have bought quite a bit from this Townsville store and never had a problem and would not normally leave a review,however after this perthic customer service I felt compelled to do so. We brought for our 10 year old, perfectly suitable and comfortable.Sleeping well through the night.Had originally thought about getting a mattress in a box, which would have been cheaper but couldn't be used for 48 hours after removing from the box and we needed that night.Glad we had to change our minds, despite the mattress costing more than the box ones.Click and collect was simple and easy.Thanks Fantastic for a great product and great experience.
