Of the two I purchased, my 95 year-old father-in-law said he'd do this second--I think he knew all the rose colors would be a challenge so he was going to "warm up" with another Galison puzzle. He loves the picture and said it reminded him of the neighborhood he lives in where he enjoys walking and seeing all the flowers in bloom. The 500 pieces has become a perfect size for him as the 1000-piece puzzles became a bit too challenging. Pieces are a good size and sturdy.

The pieces are nice, very high quality and sturdy. The pieces are simpler shapes, which makes things easier in some regards. It's a beautiful puzzle.

Gorgeous puzzle, as all Galison puzzles that I've ever done are. One HUGE improvement was the variety of shapes of pieces!!!! This has made working on this puzzle so much more interesting. Thank you! As always, the pieces are so well made, very high quality, and it's a pleasure to watch the image evolve as I work on the puzzle!
Good quality which you can always expect from Galison. The scene looked a little monotone, but when you get into it, you realize there are lots of details to hep you decipher where pieces go. A fun puzzle. Galison never disappoints!
I loved this puzzle, it is simply beautiful. Unfortunately, I posted the wrong picture in my prior review. Having just caught that, I am posting the correct one.
The color and cheer in this puzzle made my heart sing. The neighborhood scene reminded me of another time in my life and brought back good memories while providing hours of fun.
This is a beautiful puzzle and really enjoyed assembling it. It was the perfect amount of a challenge.
