I was making stir fry noodles 🠜 to go with vegetables and beef and used the Blue Dragon 🠉 stir fry sauce!! They may seem small when dry then get big cooked 🠳 this my 1st time with this pasta but will buy again 😋

Disappointing texture

As the previous reviewer, I followed the instructions to the letter and the noodles were more of a messy gloop unfortunately, but they tasted nice enough. I will persevere and use up the remaining ones because I don’t believe in wasting food, but I wouldn’t purchase them again.

Egg noodles

These noodles are really tasty. Good price too and great mixed into a stir fry.

Fine egg noodles

Cooked many noodles over the years. These noodle nests are a little tricky to cook to perfection. They are quite yellow unlike most brands.

Good noodles!

Nice individual baskets means you can control portion sizes. One basket does me two meals now, but son could eat a full one, mixed with spinach, salmon and other veg in a stir-fry.

Noodles

Received as a substitution but these noodles are great. Quick and easy to cook. You get a lot in each nest. Certainly a cupboard staple

Ok for the price

The overall texture and portioning is good. Goes mushy if over cooked or left in broth for too long. The biggest issue is that they are compacted too much in the nest and they don't separate completely, leaving clumps. The noodle lengths are quite short.

Recipe change not good

The recipe on these has changed and they are awful. Don’t cook and break apart when cooking so there are always crispy or chewy bits where they haven’t cooked.

So easy to cook

These are super tasty noodles with a lovely texture. Fantastic in soup or stir fry’s and so easy to cook.

stick together

These are squashed so tightly in packing that half of each nest seems to stay clumped together when boiling, no matter how much you try to separate them.
