Allergies. I have been sneezing for three weeks could not figure out what it was but I am only sneezing and my living room where I have my air filter. I turned it up on high yesterday and within 15 minutes I had to stop sneezing not sure what I’m allergic to in the living room. As I know if I’m not sneezing anymore and it’s gonna stay on high until I figure it out thank you for the help

Have several "air cleaners" Blue Air is one of the best.Problem with some is the yearly purchase/replacement ofHepa Filters, it can become costly.Thanks to Best Buy Sale this year was a win!

Blueair must be headed by a CEO who is either lazy or stupid. They've got a good product, but there are major flaws that no one at the company seems to care about. For instance, if you have a 5G wireless network, the Blueair filters will constantly go offline. Since their connectivity feature doesn't work, you might as well buy a much cheaper air filter that doesn't come with connectivity. They don't warn you about this and they don't seem to care that this central feature simply doesn't work. Another example is that you can set your address for your filters and the app constantly re-addresses your filters to your neighbor's address. This is a bug that could be fixed in the app, but no one at Blueair seems to care about it.

I own two of the Protect 7470i's. One for the First floor, and one for the Second floor of my home. I find the product itself worthwhile. The app control, the unit itself is fantastic. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars if it wasn't for the costly air filters. We know it doesn't have a high manufacturing cost. Customers have already paid so much for the unit itself. I feel the air filter replacement cost for subscriptions should be around $49.99, this would be ideal.
I have 3 Blue Air, the 7470i, the 411 and 200. They work GREAT! Very quiet and the app is very easy to read and lets you know everything that's happening with the air in our home. These purifiers do a great job purifying are home and are very easy to maintain. We travel a lot in our state and we take the 411 with us when we are staying at hotels. "Love them"
Does a great job of catching particles. My breathing and sleep has definitely improved since using this filter.
I would not recommend purchasing products from this company. If you have a problem they require unreasonable proof (video) before they any support is provided.
I suddenly realized the benefit of my Blueair air filters. I had to go without their benefit for a month because had for forgotten to order the replacement filters (my fault). Oh my! Between the hay fever, my autoimmune condition, and the dust, I will never forget again! Needless to say they immediately made a huge difference in my life. The order was was fairly easy, and delivered promptly
Clark (that’s Blueair cleaner’s name) is doing a fantastic job of cleaning our air and keeping us informed as to how clean our air is. Therefore, replacing its filter is a regular way to keep Clark working great. Replacing the filter was easy and he continues his job as I write. :)
I recently installed a new Protect 7400 Smart Filter. It was easy. Just follow the instructions. Before installation of new filter, I cleaned all accessible parts of my Blueair device with my vacum cleaner and wand attachment.The results are spectacular and my device automatically reset the filter monitor.
