Swapping my regular D3 supplement for these softgels has been a positive change. The softgels are of good quality, and I've noticed an increase in energy levels. While I can't confirm results without bloodwork, the initial boost in vitality is promising. The convenience of softgels is a plus. However, I've reserved the fifth star pending verification through bloodwork. So far, so good!

I like how these are derived from fish oil rather than the usual lanolin. They're easy to swallow clear-golden little gels. Vitamin D is such a critical part of being healthy with too many aspects to mention. Most people associate it with bone health or immunity but it's involved in many more vital mechanisms. Of course no supplement can replace the value of sunlight but if one cannot be outside enough in the sun a supplement is the next best thing.

I love this D and have used it for a few years now.I cannot take the D from sheeps wool and this D solves that issue. But no fishy taste ever.I always notice a difference with Bluebonnet supplements compared to other brands. They are superior quality.
