For some unknown reason, all "normal" pillows are wayyyyyyyy too big for me to sleep on so I thought I'd try this "skinny" one. Well after 2 weeks of using it, I am a huge fan! I am a 140 lb female with back issues when I sleep. Using the x-shape pillow between my knees and sleeping on my side, along with this pillow, seems to help.

I kept trying to use fluffy thick pillows and they didnt work for me. I knew what I needed but couldnt find it anywhere until now. So now Im getting better sleep with the gel memory foam thin pillow.
Really did help eliminate my neck pains. it can get warm while sleeping, but thats just the nature of the material.
Time will tell as to how long it will hold up. I believe it will be even better as it breaks in. Seems to be a very good pillow and sleeps very cool.
Great for side sleeping. No headaches/neck aches. But still a bit thick for back sleeping. Cant support the stay-cool claim. Overall, OK.
