The rustic brown is a nice neutral that looks good with many colors. I found the reviews stating true to size did not work in my case. I wear a 9.5 Wide in Women's New Balance 990V5 but the 9.5 in this boot was just slightly too short. My big toes bumped up against the toe box. The size 10 in Women's (7 Au) was perfect. The "Classic 585" style has a nice leather lining and two sets of footbed/insoles, one a thin flat cushion and the second a cushioned with an arch support feature which can be stacked together to optimize fit). The width was fine as well. The leather on the front and back of the shaft is a bit stiff at first but easily breaks in and softens with wear. I have found these boots to be both stylish and comfortable and have worn them almost everyday since I received them. The soles are remarkably quiet indoors when walking on a hard floor surface such as wood or tile, and I did worry that the material may wear down faster than I would like given the price point. However after two months of almost daily wear outdoors I have not noticed any excessive wear in the soles. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

I had been considering buying myself Blundstones for a while, asked two friends who each had a pair if they were worthwhile, and attempted to order a pair elsewhere. When I didn’t get the color I ordered and they were too big, I returned them and I remembered that L.L. Bean sold blundstones. I knew exactly what color I wanted and I used the provided size chart to determine which Australian size would fit me based on my typical US shoe size. They arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and they are as good as everyone says! The toe box is roomy enough that my toes aren’t squished. They have good support in the sole, they’re durable, and they look so cute with jeans! I highly recommend these boots and I can say that they’re worth it!

I brought this boot a few days ago online. It looked very different from the online pictures and has a very wide round toe. Never wore it. Contacted Altitude sports to return it for a refund. They declined direct refund and ask me to pay for shipping cost. As Altitude sports declined refund, I looked for a different Chelsea boots with them. They have limited options available so could not find a one for exchange. Now, I’m stuck with this boots which I don’t want use. Never ever buy anything from Altitude sports. Truly disgusting company .

I usually wear a U.S. size 7.5 and got the size 5 (UK) in the Rustic Brown boots. I bought these to wear for work and hiking. But I'd say they're better for walking around town and have great traction, but the ankle area is not supportive/sturdy enough for hiking. They definitely needed to be broken in - the back of the boots pressed into my leg right below my calves when I first started wearing them. It hurt so bad for a good week, but I toughed it out and then for a month I wore them every single day and they were perfect. But a couple of weeks ago a deep crease formed only on the right boot, right above my heel (Achilles tendon area). It's so incredibly painful to walk in the right boot now. But a couple of weeks ago a deep crease formed only on the right boot, right above my heel (Achilles tendon area). It's so incredibly painful to walk in the right boot now. My Achilles tendon is swollen and bruised from the deep crease pushing into it every step I make. Meanwhile the left boot is completely comfortable with no deep crease in that location. This was after only 1 month of wear. One would think that a $200 pair of boots would be a bit sturdier and better constructed to not bend so much after 1 month of wear. I've never had this occur before with one boot getting a crease so deep I couldn't walk because of the pain. Blundstone wouldn't replace the one boot as they deemed it normal and I can't return them for a refund because I wore them. Unfortunately Blundstone's product isn't sturdy or worth the hype.
Have a previous pair of blundstones in a different style. Owned for several years and wanted to upgrade. I took my regular size (normally a 5.5-6US), so a 3.5 AU. They were SO small. I could barely get my foot in and out. The instep was also crushing my feet and made them red in a few minutes (did not experience this with my previous blundstones). I ordered a size larger (4.5AU; equivalent to a wide 7US) and that fit well. I would highly recommend either trying this SPECIFIC pair on in store or ordering a few pairs to try. Altitude Sports had great customer service though!
I researched these for a long time and poured over reviews. Sized down half a size (normally 10.5 but ordered 10) and they fit perfectly. I’ve worn them all over in the month since I bought them and can’t believe how comfortable they are. I usually wear Red Wing boots, which are much heavier, so these feel very light and comfortable. They slip on and off easily, and required no break in. I wore them in demanding conditions for work - scrambling around over rock and loose gravel, climbing steep banks, and they were great. Also they don’t set off the alarm going through TSA if you have pre-check, making them great for air travel. Highly recommend, and very happy with these boots.
I've had these for a few weeks now (so this is probably not a true reflection of how they'll wear in another few months). They look good. If I wear thick boot-type socks they seem a bit snug lengthwise. My shoe size is reliably European 36, and my feet are fairly narrow, so that was a bit surprising. These boots do hold my foot in place - no sliding around. I've been wearing them with thinner socks. The leather is inflexible at the moment, a bit more breaking in is needed. That said, I haven't been wearing them all day, every day (Australian summer has kicked in).I've had Blunnies before and it usually takes me a bit of time to get them truly comfy.
6 months, around 500 miles... The best all-around boots I've ever owned! I bought these boots about 6 months ago, and since then I've worn them practically every day - no exaggeration. I backpacked for 10 weeks in Europe and walked an average of 40 miles per week, all in these boots, in near-constant rain, and never had to worry about wet or sore feet. It took about two weeks to break them in, and they're only getting better with age. I've done all kinds of projects in them, including grinding down and releveling a concrete slab, trimming trees, and various woodworking projects, and they still look nice enough to go out to dinner after. These boots are the best investment you can make for a nice-looking, all-season, one-shoe-does-it-all work boot. The one thing I ... More6 months, around 500 miles... I love these shoes! I lived in Australia 20 years ago, where I fell in love with them. Then I kinda forgot about them, but apparently, they became popular again with teenagers - my stepdaughter had them and I was reminded about how comfortable they are. I have a very high instep, which is no problem at all with these shoes (if you have a lower instep, the shoes come with inserts). With age, my bunions have also become worse - and again, no problem with these shoes. They're probably not the best for really cold climates; this style does not have a lot of insulation. But I wear them in winter time in the Southern US, and in The Netherlands (no snow). And even with my high instep, I can wear thick socks in them. But I wear them in winter time in the Southern US, and in The Netherlands (no snow). And even with my high instep, I can wear thick socks in them. In the beginning, the leather is a bit tough, and you definitely need to break them in - but with time, these shoes only get softer and better, and they last *forever*. And with the timeless design, money well-spent.As for buying them, I actually tried them on at my local shoe store, but they didn't have my size for this particular style. I ordered a size 8.5 US Women's online, took about 6 days to get them. Unfortunately, they were too small and I had to return them. It's a bit of a hassle Blundstone does not do exchanges. I ended up going back to my local shoestore, which now had the size I needed (9 US womens) - so I had to pay to get a new pair, but also wait to get a refund until Blundstone received the original pair back. But overall, that process was very smooth; it just took a while (20 days from drop off until I got a message the refund was processed, but then I had the refund in a day).
I usually wear a US Men's 11.5 and never have issues with fit. These boots felt SUPER tight on the in-step (top of foot), but I've been stretching them out with tennis balls and other objects to loosen them up. After a few days of doing that and wearing them whenever I can, they're starting to feel much more comfortable, yet still snug to my foot. Taking them off still requires a bit of a two-handed pull, but it's getting easier over time. The soles feel comfortable and they feel durable and fairly water resistant out of the box. Despite the initial fit issues I'll be keeping them. Other leather boots (Red Wings) that I've bought in the past have needed a break in period so I'm willing to put in some time until they're comfy and snug.
