If you are someone with yellow undertones and have given up on finding a bold red that looks great on you, I highly recommend the ‘Parisian Red’ color of this lipstick. This is the first bold red I have ever found that is flattering to my skin tone and ‘wearable’… in the sense that it looks natural even though it’s bold. I used the 'Try it on' app before ordering the lipstick. It's much darker and sharper in reality! Very different to the estimated result of the app.The lip colour is called Russian Doll.Glad that the colour makes my teeth look white. My teeth are slightly yellow because of mouthwash. Therefore I am happy about my purchase.The texture of the lipstick is lovely. Good coverage that makes the lips look smooth. Not feeling dry once applied. But it's not very long lasting. Have to reapply after a meal or a hot drink.Recommended to try the lip colours in store.

I almost never wear dark lipstick. However, after watching several tutorials online, I’ve grown more confident in my ability to wear a dark shade in multiple different ways. Your Majesty has the most gorgeous berry undertones, leaning on the cool side. I am light-medium complexion with neutral undertones and brown/blond hair, brown eyes. I pat a very small amount onto my finger, and blot my lips as with a stain. Top with a smidge of clear lanolips or whatever balm I have on hand, and it’s perfect. I’ve never thought I would have/need a “signature lipstick,” but wow, this is definitely THE one. I plan to purchase several so that I can have it in my stash at all times. The Luxe Lipstick is the best I have ever used and well worth the cost. It is very moisturizing and lasts an unbelievably long time! Most lipsticks come off after eating and drinking, but not this one. I purchased this in Pale Mauve and I would describe it as a deep rose color, no purple, not pink and great if you want color with cool undertones. I also purchased Neutral Rose and this is a pretty pale pink color and extremely light.

After a lot of research I tried this lipstick, and it's everything I had hoped for! It's very hydrating and feels great on my lips. It lasts a good 4-5 hours before I need to reapply it as long as I let it dry completely before eating or drinking anything. I honestly couldn't ask for any more.My only issue (and the reason I deducted 1 star) is the colors are very off from how they appear online, so unless you go to a physical store it's really hard to know what you are getting. Love these lipsticks and the way it hydrates your lips. I'm 44 and wear warm natural in foundation and have pigmented lips. I have 5 shades, Neutral Rose (lovely everyday shade), Soft Berry (lovely shade, can be worn day or night), Bahama Brown (more of a nude color on me, great for day), Bond (lovely night time or more fall color), Hibiscus (beautiful pinkish mauve color, again day or night).Highly recommend these, especially the sale price!
I received a mini gift of this lipstick with a purchase and as soon as I put it on; it was a match made in Heaven! Neutral Rose is such a beautiful color! It works perfectly with my "Soft Summer" complexion and Hazel eye color. I look best in soft muted colors- anything too bright or bold, like raspberry or fuchsia just overwhelms me - so this lipstick is perfect for a polished, professional daytime look. The formula is probably one of the best I've found in a lipstick- it's soft, yet richly pigmented and it has decent staying power. So glad I found this! Don't hesitate bc it looks like Neutral Rose is almost gone - I do hope BB doesn't discontinue it.
First time trying BB lipstick and pleasantly surprised - one reviewer stated it was a nice shade for 50-somethings and I couldn't agree more. Not as taupe/brown as depicted online, more of a lovely pink. Not too bright, but bright enough to feel like you're wearing lipstick and complementary to different skin tones. Feels somewhat creamy, isn't a super long lasting lipstick but honestly, it's so hard finding a creamy, long lasting lipstick in a subtler shade these days, I'm happy with this purchase and would buy again.
The problem with this product is that it has an intense color (Parisian red), but doesn't have a long-lasting or easy to apply texture. It's more like a lip calm, which makes the application difficult and once you touch a glass or something, half of it is already off.This wouldn't be a problem if this was like a Clinique - chubby stick - where precision doesn't matter so much, because the colors aren't so intense.This is an intense colored lipstick that will smudge right away and if you don't put it on with a pencil you'll look like a clown.
