The hot therapy is ideal for pain relief of aching muscles and joints, while cold therapy is perfect to reduce swelling after an injury or cool down fever. This premium large gel pack includes a bonus clear 13x22cm hot/cold gel pack and wrap to secure the gel pack to the body. The gel packs are made from high-quality, durable materials and are non-toxic and reusable. For use, simply freeze the gel pack for at least two hours, and leave it out for 15-20 minutes before application. Wrap in a towel before use. For heat application, boil in approximately 4-5 litres of water, remove the pot from the stove, and immerse the pack in water for about 10 minutes.
