Bodifast is a high quality seamless white tubular bandage designed to securely hold wound dressings in place on most parts of the body. It can also be effectively used to provide light dermatological covering for eczema sufferers or as an under-cast netting. The Bodifast range is an ideal bandage replacement solution for most wound types to provide firm and consistent retention properties without restricting movement or creating tourniquet effect. The seamless tubular Bodifast fabric is woven, combining viscose and man-made yarns. The construction is plain knit, with one-way stretch, into which a fine elastane thread is in-laid into a circular weft weave. The warp weave is non-stretch.
