I enjoyed using this because it is healthy and it doesn't smell offensive or overpowering. However it doesn't provide all day protection you have to reapply this throughout the day. I would only use if I'm not moving around much maybe sitting on an airplane for a few hours haha.

Living in a humid climate I found it hard to purchase a deodorant for me that does the job. Body Crystal roll on is perfect. No smell reduces sweat more than any other deodorant i've tried. I apply this morning and night. Simple as that. I no longer purchase anything else on the market.

This is not only effective at doing what it says it does, it also tastes lovely and calms me down too. Love it. The only tiny thing is that the tea is a bit dusty and so you get sediment in the bottom of the cup and floating a bit too. Maybe I just need a new tea strainer....
