The advantage of this product is that it can be easily applied in not so smooth and smaller hard to reach body parts. However it doesn’t provide as much protection against chaffing as the regular Body Glide. It seems to wash off easily with water or sweat. I wouldn’t use this as my primary means of protection but could be a supplement to the regular Body Glide.

This stuff is great. I like the stick, but find the cream works really well on my feet and it can get in between toes easily. Drastically reduces the amount of blisters I get and it has a pleasant scent.

To use my gift card for an online purchase was a cumbersome process! I had to first make sure that it was activated. When I tried to use it to purchase a pair of running shoes, the website would not take the card without an error message. My workaround was to purchase a E gift card. When I got the number for it I could then use that E gift card number to make my purchase.
Bought this for a backwoods canoe trip and it worked as advertised. It has a cooling/soothing sensation when applied. Lasted all day with one application in very hot summer weather. Will purchase again for sure!

I tried several things before finding this product. Now I can run without the painful heat rash from rubbing and sweating it out on long distance runs. I definitely do and have recommended it already to others. I also love that it's plant based. I'll keep using it that's for sure :)
Have used on my last 3 runs over a couple blisters that had formed previously. Seems to be working. No additional friction or worsening over 30km. It’s a bit on the watery side. I’ve never used the stick version but I like that the lotion can get into spaces between the toes that the stick might have a harder time doing.
Body glide was long lasting to prevent chafing for the full duration of the ultra marathon. It stayed fresh and remained comfortable. I recommend this anti chafing cream for running
