When he takes us, it’s supposed to be one scoop of water mixed with us powder. I actually have this in my home mostly for my husband, as he enjoys heavy, lifting exercises and other intense activities. From what I understand he feels this is a good brand, and definitely delays any fatigue during his work out. This is a flavorless powder.

This stuff is not to be messed with!! I use it before my early morning gym workout and it does NOT play! It gives me more energy and motivation than coffee, energy drinks, or anything else. It is insane how much energy and motivation it gives you and I can not stress this enough. Seriously, do not use unless you intend on making high gains. It has no flavor so I can add it to any of my shakes or even water. Allows me to focus on early morning workouts with energy to spare. I highly recommend this supplement!

Affordable and Effective, But With a Suboptimal User Experience

This creatine settles to the bottom after mixing, requiring you to mix before each sip to avoid a thick sludge at the bottom of your cup. Because of this, it's best suited to mixing with yogurt or something of a similar viscosity so it can't settle, but even so, it remains a fine grit you can feel between your teeth.Beyond the settling, it's "unflavored" in that it doesn't taste like anything else, but it does have a noticeable flavor. When taken alone in water (according to the package's recommendations) or with a weakly flavored smoothly, there's an offputting chemical body to it.It is affordable, there's a great amount of it, and it seems to provide the same results as comparably priced products, but the user experience is subpar.

Bought on Sale, will continue to buy after sale

I've tried a few different types of unflavored Creatines. This is a tub i bought while Vitamin Shoppe was running a sale. When I say this Creatine is SUPER soluble. I take a plain water bottle with me to the gym every day. I placed a scoop inside and shook it (no shaker) and it completely dissolves after two or three shakes. The texture comes out identical as the water before. Other creatives leave a grainy water texture.

Every woman should be taking this forever

I highly recommend taking this supplement if you're a women in by menopause- I mix mine with orange juice and use a hand held mixer. Muscle gains and recovery are fast. I take this every day and will until the day I die. This is one supplement I will never be without much like collagen.

Horrible!

Bitter taste, chemical smell, totally horrible. Unflavored creatine has no taste or odor. Had same issues with Six Star brand. Bodytech products are branded by Vitamin Shoppe. They did not offer refund or replacement even though product is sold and shipped directly from them. Walmart, however, did initiate a return and refund.China is the worldwide supplier of creatine though Bodytech did not indicate the source origin so I am concerned. The only creatine that I have found acceptable is the Walmart brand (Equate), but it is also made in China where manufacturing standards are suspect. Equate has been sold out so I was forced to try another brand. If your unflavored creatine has a chemical taste or odor -- beware!

Inexpensive but...

A lot of servings for an inexpensive price, especially when it's on sale. Unfortunately, 1 serving of creatine doesn't dissolve completely. There's some grit at the bottom of the bottle. Would be nice if it was micronized so it blends a little better, even if it was a little more expensive. Didn't get the results I was looking for but I think that's more me (age) and gym time than the quality of the creatine. If you're a young guy looking for an inexpensive option, I would recommend giving this a try.

Never dissolves and wrecked my digestive system

I tried this brand first. It NEVER dissolved in any beverage, hot or cold. I would end up with grit in my teeth every time I took it. It also messed with my lower digestive system really badly. I thought this was just the Creatine, not this specific brand, so I stuck with it for a few weeks. Then I tried another brand (the same as the protein powder I use). TOTALLY different experience. My new brand is more powdery, dissolves in hot liquids (haven't really tried it cold yet), and I have had no digestive issues. I don't recommend this one.

Works and is Cheap

I bought this creatine because it's the cheapest per gram I could find and I take 10 grams a day. Overall, it's not bad. It has a slightly bitter taste when mixed in my water and I am holding a little more water weight than I usually am. It's not the cleanest in terms of consumption but it appears to get the job done. I'm having no other side effects.My only wish is that the scoop handle should be longer. It's a short scoop so my hand has to get into the tub which the creatine gets all over my hand so I have to wash my hands after scooping it.
