This stationary bike has proven to be everything that was claimed! It was easily assembled and was working within 30 minutes of delivery. The programmable bike was recommended over the manual as the programs make it easy to set & change pre programmed exercise regimens to keep the workouts challenging and interesting. This has indeed proven to be the case and I have used in every day since delivery! I did research extensively before my purchase and spoke to a number of suppliers, the bodyworx ABX450AT was highly recommended and I am delighted with my purchase!

Good value for money. The plastic insert the the seat pole goes into is very tight making it difficult to change seat height.
