I bought the cooler approximately 2 months ago and have used the unit in temperatures up to high 30’s.Unfortunately the unit makes a lot of noise and not much cooling. It’s not really much better than a standalone fan.I have checked the rear air inlet to ensure water is flowing down the pad which it is. Unable to ascertain if water is flowing across the whole pad as this would possibly affect air being cooled.Overall I am not impressed with the performance of the Bonaire unit.

So loud it's hard to even hear the tv. Definitely no Ice chamber for enhanced cooling. As for the Filters if i could submit a photo OMG they are not filters Bites of Material 5cm x 3cm screwed on the back of a piece of mesh stuff is not a filter.
Good alternative to having a portable aircon. Seems to work well after 2 weeks of use.
Works ok but not very good at cooling down a room on a hot day , like having a expensive fan
Loved this cooler very easy to fill just takes under 1 large watering can , love that you can move it on caster's .
We bought this product in store, because on the box it said it had an ice chamber .But when we unpacked it we found out there is no ice chamber and the tiny opening for the water tank is not big enough for ice cubes. Evaporative cooler with no ice tray will not cool the room in any way . We returned the product and got our refund no problem.
The product is not as effective as I expected it to be.
great look- slightly noisy on lowest fan speed - probably could not sleep at night with it on- but fine during the day
