I’ve only used this once and the difference is honestly crazy! Hair feels so soft and thicker. I have coloured hair and I’ve used so many brands and all left me with an itchy scalp and hair was breaking so much and hard to brush. I’ve been using the comb also and so easy to comb through! I’ve never been able to use a comb and only a bristle brush. So glad I can use the comb as helps with hair condition. It was a little delayed postage but because of a issue with their system. They gave me 30% off my next order and a free claw clip for my inconvenience great customer service. By the comments this only happened to me so clearly a very rare circumstance. I can’t wait to see the long term results.

Absolutely adore this product I suffer with psoriasis and I have suffered hair loss in the past. As soon as I switched shampoo was noticing less and less hair loss while washing now its next to none when a few months back it was big chunks (wether it's was my old shampoo or medical I dont know) I was reluctant to buy as its expensive but a little really does go a long way and it's lasting me well. Can make your hair feel more oily and need washing sooner but I'm use to that having psoriasis most natural shampoos will do this but it's amazing for hair loss xx

I have dry, frizzy hair and bought this to use alongside some of the other products. Unfortunately, I have found that it has made my hair even drier than usual so I think I picked the wrong range (have now got the RR range). I have since read from other reviews that it does dry out frizzy hair? The smell is amazing though and I do think I may have a couple of baby hairs coming through which is what this product is all about!

I’m not a big reviewer however I’d like to review this item as I think it’s worth it.I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner aswell as the mask for around 6 months. My hair is thin and malts so much. Since using this my hair is literally grown so much but the best thing I’ve noticed is when I wash it I hardly have any hair fall out. I don’t use it every wash but il use it for maybe 3 washes then use something else then go back to it. I use the mask once a week and it is literally beautiful. You hair feels so soft

Best shampoo and conditioner set I have ever used. My scalp is sensitive to some ingredients but BB products are perfect. The smell is heaven and my hair feels incredibly clean and soft.It arrives in a cool package too, a lot of thought has gone in to the products. Marketing is fun, products are compact, yet seem to last really well and quality is awesome.A little more than I normally spend on hair products, but I like to invest in my haircare and this is exactly that. So far so good. I've seen a rapid change with the quality of my hairIts super light and stays clean and fresh for longer. I also feel that its very light on the hair. I swim alot so its very important to give the hair a good wash with striping the natural oils from the hair. So far I would highly recommend.
My hair felt so clean and soft from the first wash. I have also noticed additional volume. This was a noticeable difference from my previous shampoo. I previously didn't use conditioner because my hair gets so oily, but this product has not contributed to additional oiliness and I have really liked being able to condition my hair regularly again. I was presently surprised about this because there was a note on the website that your hair can become oily on commencing washing with this product. I look forward to continue with this product to see if helps boost my fine hair growth.
I really wanted to like this product, but this is probably worst shampoo I ever tried. It made my scalp so oily!!! I never had oily scalp in my life, and now it’s so oily it started braking out, especially around my hair line!! I always double wash, after I wash with this shampoo and dry my hair, my hair looks like they haven’t been washed at all, flat and looks oily. My hair naturally always have loads of volume, now I can’t lift them even when I try, I only ever seen my hair this flat was when I didn’t wash my hair for 5days… Conditioner seems nice though.
I was skeptical of this product but was at a b it of a loss on what to do - my hair used to be really thick but after a bad experience with a hairdresser thinning it to half it’s thickness, it never really recovered (in 10 years!) so I thought I’d give this a go. Wow! I usually get acne on my scalp and that has cleared up since using HG duo! My hair needs washed less, is healthier and more glossy, has considerably less breakage/hair loss in the shower, and I have had friends commenting on how much healthier it’s looking. Definitely worth the investment! Looking forward to seeing the longer term effect as I’m only three weeks in so far.
