Have been trying to use this product for about a year now while working from home. It is guaranteed that the connectivity of the keyboard, mouse or both drop in and out several times a day. I have tried connecting the dongle to different computer ports instead of the docking station port, no difference. As someone who uses the function keys for their actual purpose instead of the shortcuts assigned to them, I was frustrated to learn that there was no way to lock the Fn key. As nice as it looks, the functionality of the product is horrible. I have bought a Dell mouse and keyboard combo, and will be using these as a frisbee as soon as the replacement arrives!

I bought this thinking that by paying a premium price I would get a product that would work well and last me a long time. Within a few weeks the "L" key has become intermittent, The mouse lags and skates and I'm unsure if it is interference or poor signal reception functionality as it's awful to use no matter the surface. The cursor jumps about all over the place. Sorry, but this product is no good and I will be returning it for a different brand shortly.

Likewise responses with other users, it seems to loose connectivity easy and takes for ever to wake up after hibernating! Keyboard was bordering on useless, but this turned out to be partially due to bad batch of batteries off the supermarket shelf...(now using AAA lithium) I be returning it to the purchase store and attempt to get money back

I've recently purchased this keyboard and I couldn't of asked for anything better, the keyboard feels really nice to use, the quality is great and the mouse suits the keyboard very nicely. I will be buying from you again!
I had the keyboard and mouse for 1 hour almost. it took me 30 min trying to connect the mouse via Bluetooth to my 2 laptops with no success. he keyboard connects to 2 laptops via bluetooth but not the mouse, it seems the mouse can only connect to one bluetooth. I am so disappointed with the product. it is so expensive to the quality of connections it delivers. not recommended at all.

Flakey connectivity on both 2.4G and Bluetooth - The power saving mode it enters after a matter of minutes is infuriating, to the point where it drops the first 20 characters when I begin typing again. The same for the mouse, slow response on wake (you need to actually click the button).Another gripe is the lock key near the delete button - If you have somewhat big fingers, it's easy to hit the lock instead of delete, locking your PC. I bought this mouse and keyboard about 6 weeks ago and finally stopped using it today. It constantly struggled to get a solid connection and as a result there was either a lot of keystroke lag or no connection at all. A terrible purchase. A terrible product.
I wish I had of read the reviews before purchasing. I have had the keyboard for less than a week and it has been a constant problem. It continually stops working. I can’t connect Bluetooth properly and if the keyboard is directly in front of my screen, approx 30cm away from the hub it doesn’t work. Do not purchase, I will be exchanging and I won’t be purchasing this brand again.
I want to like this keyboard.I do. But... There is function lock. If you use ctrl+ shortcuts this will drive you mad. You can't lock the function on, and ctrl+ shortcuts don't work. No copy, no paste, no bold/italic etc. from the shortcuts. Using Shift+Fn enables it for a short period, but it always comes off. I'll be returning it. Definitely not fit for purpose.
Have been running this for about a month. Keyboard is a very nice piece of hardware. Have not had any issues at all. No battery life issues. I am not using the mouse as existing one fits me better. My particular unit came without instructions. I eventually found the wireless dongle in the keyboard battery recess. The local distributors were very prompt and courteous in responding to my two queries (relating to set-up and function lock).
