I am absolutely obsessed with Bonne Maman fruit spreads now! I've tried the four berry. Intense blueberry and the lemon curd and they just keep getting better! The lemon curd is my all time favorite, you can use it on so many things! I add a little at the bottom of my yogurt, I've made pastries with it and there are endless other uses for it. The intense blueberry is just that! It's amazing and is so good on a peanut butter sandwich and as a topping on my mini cheesecakes. The four berry has chunks of berries in it and is also delish! These are a new staple in my fridge!

Moving to jams and preserves to get a bit healthier. I try not to eat them often but find excuses to use these jams, like stirring a bit in my yogurt and oatmeal. Every one of these have been positively bursting with each of the different fruit flavors. I like the larger sizes now that I'm assured of excellent quality.In the older days when I was young and didn't have diabetes hanging over my head, I'd have a small drizzle on ice cream, OH what about thumb print cookies! If you have small children they'd love to help make the prints and fill them up. You could even just get the slice and serve rolls of sugar cookies from the grocery. Too much sugar

I love fruit preserves, and I appreciate that these have no corn syrup. I know some sugar is necessary to increase shelf life, but this (Blueberry) has too much sugar. The sugar overpowers the fruit flavor and make it less feasible for anyone on a low carb diet. I won't buy these again. The seeds seem a little large for blueberries too. They should use a blueberry variety with smaller seeds for preserves.
