I use this cage for my cockatiel as a travel cage.This cage is a good cage ONLY as a travel cage for the vet or as a sleep cage only (meaning your bird is outside the cage all day, every day and only sleeps in it). If I were using this cage as a sleep cage I would use it for 2 budgies OR a cockatiel.I don't like that this cage only comes with 2 food bowls as a bird should be eating/drinking pellets, vegetables and water, that is 3 bowls your bird should have. I also don't like how this cage comes with dowel perches as they are really bad for your bird's feet (I put natural wooden perches in this cage when I use it).
