Mechanisms for dropdown side was faulty.
The dropside of the cot is extremely difficult to operate - design fault. I wish that I had read other people's reviews before purchase. The side must be pushed with the leg, inwards, then clunks up or down noisily.
We purchased the Daintree cot on a pre order, paying the slightly higher price point than other brands as we believed Boori to be of a high quality and craftsmanship. We unboxed the product and left it inside for a few days until we had cleared to space in our newborn sons nursery and had time to piece it together. Upon our sons earlier arrival we began to assemble the cot, only to find that the holes for the screws had been incorrectly pre drilled onto the wrong side and therefore didn’t align with the other pieces needed to build.We tried calling customer service but it was outside of business hours.
