Boori's service has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life.In may case, If I said the Boori's service has been terrible, I would make Boori a compliment.I ordered a bassinet and was delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully, my neighbor was so kind to let me know.Also, I ordered a bed cot but I have waited almost 1 month to receive it. Compact cot , really pleased with it, can wheel into different rooms in unit as required. Looks very fresh and tasteful in any bedroom.

The mattress protector was as advertised. The product material is smooth and topping it off with a bedsheet will solve all those problems :-)

I haven’t used the mattress cover because my baby will come next year in March. Nevertheless, it has a very good quality! We also bought the Boori cot and breathable mattress. Never regret buying the brand.

It fit’s the Boori 3D breathable mattress we bought perfectly! Feels good quality.
I cancelled my order 7 days before they were processed and dispatched. I tried to email and contact both Boori and the delivery company multiple times to cancel the order but it still ended up being delivered. In order to return I was charged postage! I found this unfair since I was charged for a mistake/lack of communication between their website and storage centre for a product that shouldn't have been delivered. Read the small print and be warned returns/change of mind (even with 7 days warning) cost money.
I was really surprised with how hard the mattress is, you can feel all the springs, it’s got no softness. I can’t imagine the baby will be comfortable on it. Regretful purchase.
