I have purchased these markers a few times due to their affordability and quality. The most recent batch was quite the disappointment, as they were brand new and numerous were dried out and unusable. I layer my art with different mediums so these are perfect. I wouldnāt recommend them to anyone who takes their markers seriously - the results are inconsistent and over time whichever tip is downwards is obviously the end that is going to have all of the ink and makes having the dual tips pointless.

I really like this set, for the price itās unbeatableI wish they had a range of pastels though because as you can see this set is EXTREMELY pigmented and thereās quite a lot of colour repetition too. The colours blend nicely and you can layer them multiple times to get consistent blending too. They do bleed through paper a lot so I put colouring pages on top of art book (110gsm) paper to reduce staining! All in all this is a great budget set of markers and the vibrancy blew me away, but itās a positive and a negative- I purchased a pastel set from another brand to have both in my collection

I bought this pack about a month ago, I do like the markers themselves but have come across a couple of issues. The colours on the lid do not match the actual colour for a lot of them. I use thick paper and an under sheet however, when I returned to my art book the next day the colour had seeped through multiple pages either side.

Bought these from a specials bin on a whim. Have had lots of fun with them. Make sure to use a backing sheet because they will go through a couple of pages in cheaper notebooks or leave marks on your bench.Pros:Fast drying alcohol based markers with a wide and thin end that are easy to use. Good variety of colours that blend well. Good value for moneyCons:Marker tips are numbered, but the system doesn't make much sense e.gcanary yellow = 120, light yellow = 106, yellow = 102, fresh yellow = 142.Each of these colours is just slightly darker than the next but the numbers vary wildly.Only the tips are named and numbered, not the body of the marker. If you take both ends off several similar markers you will lose track of which pen they belong to because ...Ā MoreBought these from a specials bin on a whim. Have had lots of fun with them. I got them and I have had fun with them. These would make great starter markers or student markers. Not sure if they are great for professionals as I am not a professional. Some things:If it is paper that you are drawing on then the ink can seep through the paper, just something to be aware of. I have an example of this. (be careful with your sketchbooks).I was aware of this before I started so I put some cardboard down as backing to make sure that the ink didn't travel through.Be also aware that the ink can rub off into the page above and even seep through to the page below, so provide some backing. I used baking paper (I will give an example of this). They work really well on cardboard. I used baking paper (I will give an example of this). They work really well on cardboard. I have an example of this also.I have examples of palette that I did up. The first palette contains all 60 colours numbered numerically. This was done on paper, in my sketchbook. The second palette is done on cardboard and only contains some of the colours. The cardboard I used was from headphone packaging. So you can use any cardboard really. I often will use packaging that coffee/hotchocolate sachets come in (environmentally friendly). The Seahorse I did was done on the back of headphone packaging. So here we go:Image 01 - All 60 palette colours on paper.Image 02 - Some of the colour palette on cardboardImage 03 - Example - Ink coming through on the back of paperImage 05 - I used backing paper to protect the work between pagesImage 05 - Example of ink on cardboard. The cardboard was just packaging that my headphones came in.Image 06 - Be aware that when rubbing out, the ink can get onto the rubber. But it didn't spread across the page.
Iāve seen the box by the cashiers a few times at office works but weāre told they bleed quite a bit so didnāt bother. But last time I was there I figured if they werenāt great Iād just use the container they came in to store my copics. On typical A4 printing paper expect them to run. Probably not the best if youāre buying them for a kid whoās heavy handy. Thick of them like a Sharpie. Iāve been using them on a cheap Cannon 220 drawing pad and they actually work great for bold - solid coloured artworks... the nibs are nice and strong and colours are bright so you can get quite a lot of surface area done quite quickly which I liked!... they donāt blend at all! Again think of them like a Sharpie. So for the price and for my kind of artwork Iād re-purchase these. I purchased these a month ago and was very pleased with them initially. However I don't think I would buy them again. Within a month, after only using on two occasions, re-capping meticulously and keeping in their container, the broad end of one colour has dried up. I haven't been through them all to check the others, Very disappointing.
Someone in my family circle gave me these markers and I was surprised how well they work and last! They are great for detailing artwork used with markers and give a clear, bright look. I highly recommended these to people widely use markers or young kids at the age of 3.
I bought these yesterday, just as a top up to my marker collections. I really didnāt expect too much as you normally āget what you pay forā. Well, happy to say I was wrong in this instance. These alcohol markers are fabulous. While theyāre not meant to be blender markers, They blend quite well - not as smooth as the copics, which I also have, but with work, they definitely achieve a blended look.Just be aware:- the numbers really have no pattern, unlike the copics. You need to work out the blend layer for yourself.- there is no colour Name on the tube of the pen, Which means if you remove the caps on both ends, youāll have no idea which colour is which, but Iāve easily fixed this by adding a label to each.- These obviously arenāt lifetime markers, so ...Ā MoreI bought these yesterday, just as a top up to my marker collections. Thrilled with the purchase and unbelievable quality for price .
